Only reason I have scored 3 stars is because some chav stole all my satin chrome wheel valve dust caps whilst parked at the long stay. Otherwise the parking experience, ease of booking, price, arrival, coach drop off at terminal and return to car park was all good. Just don’t understand why somebody would steal something so cheap!! Glad I removed my aerial as I’m sure they would have taken that as well, *$+}>%s

Excellent location and simple and easy to get parked

So easy to drop off and pick up the car and just 2 minutes walk into and out of the terminal at gatwick

Booking process and staff interaction very good, but signage to correct car park at Gatwick very poor and car was returned dirty having obviously been parked in the rain.

Alway use north long stay parking and never a problem

Most importantly we keep our car keys.
We usually use the very convenient long stay parking with the shuttle bus included.
This time we had a short break and were offered short stay parking, this was fantastically easy.
We only use official parking. 5*

Very efficient service from all staff encountered and a very convenient solution to long term parking at Gatwick. The website is a little awkward to navigate and flexibility of booking not great. Better signage for approach would be well appreciated.

All aspects regarding where to leave my car and parking it. Made the start and finish of my holiday an enjoyable experience.

Taxis to the airport have raised in price so it was actually cheaper with the Gatwick summer special rate to drive ourselves and park at Gatwick. Parking was really straight forward amd we found our car easily on return. Really simple with two adults and a 4 year old.

Tips: There’s plenty more parking if you go further into the car park. Eveyone was scrambling for parking close to the entrance but drive in a bit further and there’s loads of parking! Also make a note of the zone and nearest bus stop you parked in so you can find your car easily on return.

…. I wouldn’t use anything else now. It’s so convenient, especially when you return in the middle of the night - buses come quickly, there’s no queuing to get your keys back, just get back to your car exactly where you left it, and go.

A good price and very easy to park and find a space. The bus transfer was very easy to find on going and returning.
I will use this option again 10 out of 10.

Used official Gatwick parking before and valet parking but mot the Holiday parking.
Despite my concerns all worked out extremely well and I wouldn’t hesitate using the system again when available.
Friendly reception , informative staff , the hoppas and transport work as well as the parking, regular service with very helpful drivers, staff upon return were fantastic bringing the car up to save a long walk with luggage in the wee hours …well done Gatwick…

Booking is simple on arrival your number plate is recognised and your in, follow directions and park, board the bus to the terminal it’s that easy, on return it’s as easy I’ve used this car park for several years and I would recommend it

Ease of booking on line, confirmation follow up then the whole experience from arrival, handing over the keys to collection on return. We also like the proximity to the terminal, especially if we’ve been delayed in traffic
