I haven't used the park yet, but I was disappointed and unsure if this is legal. The website offers a 10% discount, but in reality, when you apply the promotion code, the prices end up being more expensive than without it! I ended up buying without the code, but honestly, the company shouldn't do this! I have a record showing that! If this is a bug you should test carefully such functionalities!

Dropping the car off was straightforward,and the bus to the south terminal left immediately - even tho' there was just us two on it. Return instructions were clear and straightforward. However, after a short wait for the bus on our return, collecting the car was a different matter. On a boiling hot day, when we'd been up since 3.30 a.m, and just wanted to get on our homeward journey, firstly they couldn't find the wallet with our paperwork and key in, then it seemed they couldn't find the car, then I was told it might be blocked in, and they were also behind due to staff shortages, and they'd had lots of electric cars with flat batteries b'cos of the hot weather, and then they'd found the car, but still couldn't find the key. We were offered a glass of water from their machine - except there were no cups, and a search out the back coudn't find any! Finally, a more thorough search of the plastic crate where the key wallet should have been, revealed in fact it was there all along! More excuses and a half hearted apology forthcame, then we finally got on our way, after a delay of about 45mins, from recollection. This may all have been a one-off failure, but I think I'll probably use one of their many competitors next time we fly from Gatwick..

My first time driving to Gatwick and my friend recommended Cophall park and ride and I’m so glad she did. Easy to find and handing keys to receptionist was quick and easy there was already a coach waiting for us to get on. On return I was told to call the number provided to advise of my arrival however this went to answerphone so I was worried that I might have a long wait to collect my car. I needn’t of worried as coach arrived at pick up point and my car was waiting for me in the car park. I would definitely use again and will be recommending them to friends and family. Stress free

We use this car park at least twice a year and you know exactly what we are getting - stress free and car is looked after which is what we want and one less hassle to have to deal with.

Easy no hassle experience in making booking for one week's parking. Unfortunately, we did not end up going on our holiday due to illness literally the day before we were due to travel. I telephoned CPG (Cophall Parking Gatwick) to inform of cancellation. The agents I spoke to were most pleasant and helpful and within twenty four hours I was refunded in full. This was great news! We have used Cophall many times over the years and have never been disappointed. Thank you ladies and gents. Keep up the good service!!

Nice people on departure bus was ready to go.
Coming back perfect, made the call bus arrived quickly waited a couple of minutes for the car not surprising as we were back at the car park supper fast staff were lovely will use them again.

Easy to book and good value

Very organised and good value. Have been using for nearly thirty years and will continue to do so. Would’ve given 5 stars but had to wait around 20 minutes for the return bus following our holiday. Just wanted to get home at that point.

Easy straight forward and reasonable voat wise plus fast efficient transfer to and from airport terminals. We are repeat customers.

Easy car check in and pick up, only thing that could possibly be improved is bus driver assistance loading cases onto bus.
This would be greatly appreciated by tired travellers after long walk with cases from arrivals to bus stop.
