Today we had a late flight and as we booked through parking deals and give this deal meet and greeting. We had follow the instructions 30 min calm before we arrived Car park 6 and level 5 .

The worse ever experience I had in my life.
We called them no picking up the phones , then a guy very rude tone “hey bro wait the driver on the way “ then waited 1 hr we get panic as was to we miss our flight . We called several times and to be honest u can’t go through after so manny times they answer rude and horrible feeling they put you through . Lines cracking u can’t hear they taking a piss and I had a chance to talk one of the guy as not one person there is atleast 2 - he just hang the phone one me.
After long wait I decided to see the reviews and what I read in other 30 min waiting I said no way I go through this and I left. So so scam , I will make sure report to the police this company someone has to do something about it .
Please this people is not human … scammer. Avoid !!! Today 22/08/26

disgusting excuse of a company. Rude employees. Rude on the phone. Use your car while away. Lost 50 miles of fuel? Hard to contact them. I turned up on time as agreed. Waited another 30 minutes and I paid more parking for their fault? Messaged about return time, not there. Hit you for £20 as plane was late and it was 15 minutes past midnight, so another day. stay away from the useless company. Formed in June 2026? That tells you a story.

Absolutely dispicable avoid avoid avoid

I would give it 0 if I could. Very disorganised service.
Outbound we had to drive the car 5 loops to find a parking spot when we could have left it on another floor. They had no designated spots for people paying for the service.
Inbound had to wait almost 2 hours.
I have been parking in airports for over 10 years and this by far the most appealing service I have experienced in my time.

Avoid at all costs. It’s not worth the few extra pounds of savings for the headache you have to go through. Very disorganised.

If I could put a zero rating I would.
Serious lack of information on what to do.

Was only told what car park and level to go to.
After parking had no idea on what to do so tried ringing them. When I eventually got through to them they told me to meet a random guy in a BMW and leave him my key whilst also paying for parking.

Then on our return, rang them when I landed, as requested. Got back to the car park and found my car but no-one around so had to ring them again. Again took a few attempts to get through. They then told me my key was left on my tyre (didn't fill me with the most confidence). Key wasn't there so ran them back, AGAIN!!! said they would ring the dispatcher. Unsurprisingly 15mins came and went and still no news.
So rang them back and they told me the man was on his way to us and will be there in 25mins!!!
About 35mins later he arrived (by this pont we had been waiting around an hour, with two young kids).
He then told me to go and pay for the parking ticket and gave my wife the car key, with no apology of any sort, he just left!!

Then thinking that was it, got in my car and went to the parking barriers, where after the machine scanned my numberplate, told me I had to pay £580 to leave!!!
(This probably means my car HADNT been moved all week and stayed in the short stay carpark all week)
So had to reverse into traffic in order to find somewhere to park to ring them, AGAIN!!!
They then told me I have to use the parking ticket they gave me to get out.
Finally I was free and on my way home.

Car left in Gatwick Short Stay for a week – I had to pay £560 to get out

I booked Sapphire Parking through Compare Your Parking for meet-and-greet parking at Gatwick from 10–17 August 2026, paying £98.39.

I handed my car and key to their representative at Gatwick South Terminal at around 3:36am on 10 August, expecting the car to be taken away and parked for the week.

When I returned on 17 August, I was shocked to find my car in **exactly the same parking space where I had left it seven days earlier**. I phoned Sapphire and specifically asked whether it had been left there all week. I was told that it had.

Their representative returned my key and gave me a Gatwick parking ticket, telling me to pay £8 and use it to exit. The section of this ticket containing the vehicle registration had been **physically gouged out**.

I paid the £8 and tried to leave as instructed. Gatwick's ANPR recognised my actual registration and displayed an outstanding charge of **£560**.

I phoned Sapphire from the barrier. They told me to hold their ticket under the reader for around 10 seconds and said the barrier would open. It didn't.

Gatwick staff told me they couldn't release my vehicle unless the outstanding charge was paid, so I had no practical alternative but to pay **£560 on my credit card** to get my car out.

I have a Gatwick receipt showing my vehicle entered at **03:36:16 on 10 August** and that I paid £560 on **17 August**. This corresponds almost exactly with when I handed the car to Sapphire.

During one telephone conversation, when I asked whether what was happening was a scam, a Sapphire representative called me a **"dumb b***h.

Afterwards, Sapphire told me to email my £560 receipt and said I would be **reimbursed within 2–3 days**. They are now not responding to me at all.

I will update this review if Sapphire reimburses me and resolves the matter. I have called the police, Compare your Parking, Trading Standards and have started the small claims process. What a massive pain and such a terrible experience

I have no words to describe how bad our experience was.
The car was returned over 2 hours later but it seems we were one of the lucky ones.
The whole time we were waiting, there was approximately 7 other people who were in the same situation.
One of the other customers had been waiting 6 hours by the time we left.
When calling the number we kept being fobbed off with constant lies and excuses. Ranging from the car will be there in 10 minutes, to, we have sent the wrong car, all the while the other customers were receiving the same treatment.
With some digging we found the company is run by Ahmed Parveen and Saba Mukhtar (the usual suspects).
The car was left on a different floor stated and the key left on the tyre.
The car could have been easily stolen if the wrong person were to see the key being placed on the tyre of an unattended car.
I would think this is done so the drivers avoided any confrontation or further questioning.
I cannot state strongly enough that this company should not be used. I am not one for writing reviews but after my experience, I have been compelled to share my experience.
These people are con artists and scammers.
Avoid at all costs, it is not worth the stress.
I only wish I could have met Ahmed or Saba face to face, as their demeanour over the phone left my family and I extremely frustrated.
The last thing you want after landing was the aggravation of not knowing if your car was being returned to you or not.

0⭐ Absolutely appalling experience!

Avoid this company!
We were left waiting for over TWO HOURS for our car to be returned. The communication was absolutely shocking, and when I spoke to staff about what was happening, they were rude and even laughed at me. After travelling, the last thing you expect is to be standing around for hours wondering where your car is while being treated with such disrespect.

When our car was eventually returned, it was left unattended with the key on the wheel, no meet and greet service!

There was a group of other customers at Gatwick in exactly the same situation, also waiting for their vehicles and clearly frustrated. This certainly didn’t appear to be an isolated incident.

Ahmed Parveen & Saba Mukhtar should not be allowed to trade, absolute rogue company.The whole operation was an absolute shambles from start to finish.

I would never use Sapphire Parking again and absolutely would not recommend them.

Do not use this company. They do NOT do meet and greet ! We landed, I phoned and got put straight to voicemail.. but couldn’t leave a message because “ mailbox was full” !
Finally got through and was told it would be an hour and then the phone hung up !
They did come after 1 hour but left our car on a different floor with the key on the drivers tyre !!!!
So no “greet” at all.
This company should not be able to trade !

1-star review – sapphire parking - Park 247 Meet & Greet Gatwick (Sapphire booked via compare the parking website

I would strongly advise against using Park 247 Meet & Greet at Gatwick, either as a family but particularly if you are travelling alone.

On drop-off, I followed their instructions and called 30 minutes before arrival. Nobody turned up. After waiting 45 minutes, I called again and was told they would be another 30 minutes. This caused a significant delay and put me under unnecessary pressure and risked me missing my outbound flight.

The return was even worse. My flight was delayed by around 20 minutes, but my booking clearly stated a return time of 11:45pm. I was told their system showed 11:00pm and that I would therefore have to wait approximately two hours for my car.

I checked my confirmation while on the phone and it clearly states 11:45pm.

I said I would collect my car myself. I was given an address, but the member of staff couldn’t even provide the postcode. After around five phone calls, I eventually obtained one, but the address and postcode still did not take me to the correct location on Google Maps.

I was then left trying to locate my own car through repeated phone calls late at night, alone and in an unfamiliar area.

As a woman travelling alone, I found this extremely distressing. I felt there was absolutely no consideration for my safety or wellbeing. I should never have been put in a position where I was trying to locate my vehicle in the early hours of the morning because they could not provide an accurate collection location.

Eventually I found my car and did not get home until approximately 4:00am.

This was far more than a minor inconvenience. The service was unreliable at both drop-off and collection, communication was extremely poor, my booking details were apparently incorrect on their system, and I was left feeling vulnerable and unsafe.

I would never use Park 247 again and cannot recommend them. I would strongly urge anyone travelling alone to think very carefully before using this service.

Do NOT use Sapphire Parking we were due to get our car at 1am and didn’t receive it until 2.40am. Called as soon as we landed which was at 12 but despite this notice it was very delayed. No communication told different things when phoned up or just went to voicemail but couldn’t leave a message. Had the children with me and was a long drive so just wanted to get home. Was left feeling vulnerable and with no one to help. Also additional fees of £8 for drop off and £8 for pick up which are not made explicit on booking. Do not use this company

Awful experience from start to finish.

Phoned on the way to Gatwick as instructed but no one picks up the phone for 20 minutes. As soon as we arrive, met by a clipboard warrior who is tells us to hurry up and pay for the ticket, before sorting out any paperwork. No pleasantries exchanged as the key is handed over. Car is left in some light industrial area, with no visible security.

Returning to the airport, car is left in the carpark with the KEYS left on the front tyre! No GREET. Just an abrupt and rude phone call we had to make for them to say they don’t have time to hang around and wait. The app says car was parked for only 5-10 minutes before we arrived. Had the driver not been bombing it down the M23 at 90 miles an hour (yes, the app captures all of this), he probably would have arrived closer to the time we exited the airport.

Professional & friendly? No chance.

Absolutely dreadfull service! Scammed £2 at drop off as driver forced to pay him directly the exit fee. Called when with luggage and agreed on the meeting point,passing over 1h and still waiting for my car to arrive. Looking forward to see what else I need to add to this BAD review. DON'T BOOK FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company were booked through a comparison website and their services were appallingly. They were extremely rude and kept fobbing us off, advising they were only 10mins away. They were extremely late collecting and dropping the car off and our daughter who is disabled and has a terminal illness was left waiting for over 1hr 30mins with her three young children. They offered no apology and advised we had 1 car back so why were we complaining. They wore no uniform and we had to pay extra to leave the carpark.The comparison site, flyparkcompare have offered no assistance, advising they are just a comparison website. Do not use.

I have been waiting for over 2 hours for them to bring my car!!!! They’ve gone to the wrong terminal and I’m waiting patiently with no apology for their awful service! DO NOT USE

Waited over a hour for meet and greet and was presented with a rude driver,
Picking the car up was even worse, 2 hours wait, they had used over 60 miles of fuel when car tracking showed only 4.2 miles away from Gatwick for parking, deleted dash cam footage, (and unplugged) awful smell of smoke in the car, stolen belongings from the car, and they had gone though glove box and centre console, AVOID AT ALL COST !!!

Absolutely appalling service! DO NOT USE! Be aware of using the parking services that find best deals as that’s how they are getting work! They do not know where your vehicle is, they have no cares or respect to you as a customer and have no direct line of contact….
We actually had to make contact with the police! This company tried to say they didn’t have our vehicle and it was returned after doing nearly 100 miles! AVOID

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS - they were over 45 minutes late which made us close to missing our flight on the way there and it took us 1 hour to get our car back. We were waiting with 3 other couples, trying to contact the company who either dont answer, give poor information and no customer skills whatsoever.

Poor communication within the company made this a very frustrating experience. We were left waiting for over an hour after an overnight long-haul flight, only to discover that our car had been sitting on the floor below the entire time.

The key had been left in the tyre, and no paperwork was provided. We repeatedly called for updates and were told that the car would arrive “any minute,” rather than being informed that it was already waiting downstairs. On several occasions, the calls were even disconnected.

This was an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating experience, and the lack of communication made the company extremely difficult to deal with.
