I bought batteries for my FMS Jimmy and Hummer. I love that H1 Hummer, it is a MASTERPIECE and I hope FMS keeps making articulated rc cars.

Great delivery time considering. Great products that people need to give a try. Just wish more hop ups from FMS and third parties would recognize the market potential. Especially the 1/10th and 1/7 scale vehicles.

Truck does not bind to remote properly- instructions to are terrible & seem to be written using AI. They are Not very clear & (I have 4 1:5 rigs, even a roven- made in China well) and on two occasions took off in the neighborhood AND THROTTLE WOULD NOT POWER OFF. Traxxas rigs are perfect .Do not operate this near young children. I sent back for a replacement on the 14th -NO RESPONSE

1st time using today squeek sound on high gear just testing broke not even a minute of use.

The product is well made, I have not got it running yet
Can't find a camera that fits in the mount, ( maybe a list of them that fits) the 3 I have are to big.
The other short coming is the lack of a good wiring diagram.
And batteries don't do 5v, so the need for a voltage regular.

First of all they just have really great RC products. I’m into the RC planes, especially the war birds. Not only do they look cool, they fly really well, clear and concise instructions to put together and on the go in no time.

If you ever have a problem, customer services is very reliable and gets back to you every time to help solve the issue.

I wrote a review recently to which FMS replied. Their reply stated to reach out to their customer service department either via phone, email, or chat. Their chat only gives me the message "Hello, there is no customer service online at present, please contact customer service during working hours" when I attempt to reach out (doesn't matter the time of day, it ALWAYS says this). So I tried email. Email was great with technical questions like how does something work. Only took about 4 or 5 days to get a response. At no point did they try to help me with my order status. So I attempted to call the number they gave. That only leads to a a message telling me to leave a voicemail WHICH WAS NEVER RETURNED. I HIGHLY recommend going with a different company if you want parts. Customer service is absolute trash. If you provide me with a better email address than the one that is ignored on your website, I will reach out. I am not providing my personal email address on here for everyone to see.

shipping great price Awesome but the truck had lots of loose screws the wheels all 4 are stripped out somebody used super glue to hold wheels together took me 2.5 hours to get apart wheels are ow junk not tires the rims so it's been sitting sin e until I get new ones I emailed company no response until now ver bad business I've spent alot of money in the past with fms I'm doubting I spend any more of my $ No quality control I'm guessing .
