FMS Hobby Anmeldelser

The r c car that I bought from you was broken when I got it out of the box. I emailed you this problem and you never responded.I think your products are the worst. And you misspelled my last name . Get real.\nOr not at all.

FMS has been great about having parts in stock. I have many FMS Airplane models and fly them often.
Whenever I need a replacement part or upgrade, it’s always in stock and ships quickly.
Many parts for the RC planes are interchangeable with other similar models.

Great product fast delivery

Communication, shipping and car itself were excellent I was a bit shy about spending the money but sure glad I did.

Short delivery time, good communication updates.

I've ordered many planes from you and always quick turnaround time and fast shipping. The quality of planes are superior. Keep up great work.

FMS Hobby is great. Sent the correct part on time at a reasonable price.

They have an excellent product, and good support if you have a problem. All the problems I have had were caused from pilot error on my part on my rc planes.

The products offered are top notch. The products are shipped without delay and the customer service is the best in the business.

Simple and easy

I dislaike They send me the wrong parts.. And take to mucho time to send the correct ones.
They have to. Check firts and be sure order is complete and correct..
Two weeks time lost or more

From buying my first plane from FMS to needing parts. They take great care to see I get what I need.

Variety of products, costs and service.

My order was exactly what I wanted. The instructions were better than the PA-18 that I first ordered, those instructions were horrible! The airplane went together fast with no issues. Very good looking model. Cant wait till we get better weather to go flying again!

On two orders, it’s been 3 weeks still have not received my esc’s.

Not enough information and what do I need to run flying simulator besides the controller

Very timely service and fair quick delivery time.

I received the pack from China the one peice I didn't realize had a Crack in it and when I ass3mbled it , it broke into 3 peices and I emailed a few times regarding this and someone said that the peice would be sent to me from China but I've emailed a few times since trying g to find out if it had been sent out or evena tracking number but with no response ! I don't know what to do should I return the whole unit for a return and order it again or are they going to send me the peice ? Noone is responding to me !

Super easy to order and great communication from start to finish. Makes me want to buy more stuff......but dont tell my wife.

The RC is great and we love it. Only reason why I gave it a 4 star is the charger didn’t come with a way to charge the battery. Other than that, we are happy.
