The website is easy to navigate and there is a great selection of products to choose from. I appreciate the parts finder and the ability to filter parts by platform.

Shipping to the US is reasonable, and overall the experience is highly recommended.

I would love to see product text and details added to some of the replacement and upgrade parts product webpages, this would be very useful when doing research and for peace of mind when purchasing.

Lack of parts to fix plane. And slow shipping of parts ya do have.

Shipping was quicker this time. Price was good, finish not so good, but I’m ok with this F100 body.

I purchased a new FMS Cessna 182 Skylane 1.5 m. It is a lovely plane I will admit, However, upon opening the factory sealed box and proceeding through an inventory finding everything in the box I proceeded to assemble the aircraft only to find that the wing strut support on the left wing was different from the right side and did not fit the plane. (Part No. FMSET110)

After trying to reach your support line noted on the customer service card (which no longer works) I read your warranty policy on third party purchases. I must say I was appalled to find you voided the warranty if a plane is not purchased through you directly.

Luckily, I contacted Amazon (A reputable company unlike yours) and they contacted the company that sold the plane. They have promised to send a replacement strut. Bully for them. I am eternally grateful.

You however will remain on the do not buy from list into perpetuity. I will never buy and FMS product again and I generally buy a plane or drone a month. Furthermore, you will be my first topic of conversation at every flying club meeting.

The FMS 1:24 camel trophy land rovers have been my favorite 24 scale crawlers I own. I've have all 4 of them for 6 months now and im very pleased with them all. Battery life is really long, the hard body's are holding up really really well after hundreds of roll overs. The two speed gear box in all of them are holding up very well. I take at least one out every night to crawl on the course ive built at home. They are no comp crawler but in the spirit of camel trophy, adventure awaits! And you'll find that they can be very capable. I look forward to adding more FMS products to my growing collection.

Buenas espero que lean mi indignación con su marca después de confiar en su marca de tantas que ay soy de España aquí no hay coches suyos desde diciembre las tiendas que suministrais la marca vuestra no tienen coches Toyota lancruiser pro v2 no hay ninguno en España con el pedido desdd enero hecho 4 meses y solo me sabe decir el vendedor de la tienda que es problema de duanas pero desde cualquier parte del mundo son 15 días máximo un pedido tengo dos pedidos dese producto que mencioné estoy muy descontento con la marca por qué no dice nada el por qué tanto tiempo esperando a que lleguen esos coches aquí en España muy mala organización y distribución los clientes esperando meses casi medio año si no pueden organizar la venta aquí en España pues no la vendáis pero no les agais esto Alós clientes no dice nada la marca para que lo clientes sepan la verdad muy mal me siento al haber comprado estanmarca y confiar en ella a ver si contestan y dicen que pasa por tanta espera

Ordered a pa-18 1700mm and 2 batteries. The plane is shipped with fed ex and the batteries shipped by usps. Why not have one company del all? Been roughly a week later and batteries are 2 days late. First and last time i buy from a company who choses poor shipping methods.

People do what they say they are going to

The directions do not include the wiring. You have to go to youtube to get them. Even then the flaps only work on one side and only one solenoid works on the elevator. The plane is easy to put together otherwise. Great to look at, but that is all,

I bought the FMS Beaver 800mm RTF with GPS as a beginner because the Return-to-Home feature seemed like a good safety option. Unfortunately, during a flight the plane flew away and the GPS Return-to-Home did not work at all, resulting in the plane being lost. If you’re buying this model for the Return-to-Home feature, be aware it may not work as expected and you may lose your money.

The item I purchased was marketed as a beginners model but I found the instructions are missing basic setup and general operating instructions critical for beginners to have for successful operation. After your fleshly assembled model is smashed, customer service advises you should have gotten instructions needed for operation from third-party sources. Really? Don't expect them to stand behind any mishaps from the omissions.
Would not recommend...

My experience with FMS is nothing short of abysmal. Purchased a Discovery 1/24 for our son for Christmas.. opened Xmas day and the gear system was broken. The shop (FMS seller) were great and replaced very quickly. They emailed to say the fault was a factory gear box issue. Since replacing the new one has completely died 3 weeks later after minimal use.. Tried to contact FMS - Good luck.. they don't reply and orders that state UK stock aren't. I placed an order on 15th Feb for a couple of parts and still nothing.. chased twice no reply. Left with a upset 9 year old boy who is gutted that his main Xmas present is still broken with no sign of us resolving. Avoid.

Bought a Camel Trophy 1/24 Land Rover for my son's Christmas and initially all was well, he loved it and it performed as expected. Beginning of February it just stopped working so done some research and decided it was the battery. FMS offer a 90 day warranty but as the battery pack is only £8 I decided just to buy a replacement - I am certain the battery was treated as it should be as my son is very particular with his RC cars but for £8 wasn't about to make a fuss. However, there are no batteries in stock in the UK and every alternative I could find wouldn't arrive before the warranty expired. As I wasn't entirely sure it was the battery causing the problem I contacted FMS. They diagnosed it remotely as the battery too and offered me a partial refund to cover the cost. All well and good but as stated I couldn't be sure it was the battery and by the time I received a replacement the warranty would be out, at which time I was pretty sure FMS would wash their hands of the issue. So I pushed for a repair or replacement but as they're based in China this wasn't something they could offer (they said) so I asked for a full refund. Again they sent me a link to a replacement battery but once again it wouldn't arrive before the warranty expired so I refused their offer and asked for repair, replacement or refund. Initially they were very responsive but have not replied to me since my last e-mail on 18th February

Still haven't received anything yet I was told u had in stock in la but now im waiting what is taking so long

The products ate very nice looking models, but the models always perform poorly, every single FMS airplane I own or owned was heavy, no room to easily achive a proper CG and they must be flown at full power.

On two airplanes I have servos getting damaged after only 2 flights, thankfully they were not critical ones or I had lost the plane. And they refused to replace them.

Hey guys! FMS always delivers a good product with good service. I’ve made multiple RC purchases from FMS and continue to be satisfied with each one. You’ve set high standards in the industry for others to follow. I just bought another FCX24M…Toyota Tacoma in red! Looking forward to seeing more Specials and/or Flash Deals!

I bought floaters for my Ranger 1220, and the mounting parts came with one missing screw. I asked them to send me this little screw, and they charged me U$ 7,00 for it. Unbelievable ! Might have god products, but customer service is below admissable standards.
Although I am from Brazil, I gave them an FL address.
After complaining, thay apologised and said they will send the missing item.
