Imprimante commandée, jamais reçue... pour un ado passionné qui a vidé sa tirelire.
En parallèle, bobines réceptionnées rapidement.
Attention, arnaque:
> Frais de retours de bobines à votre charge, c’est très lourd et cher, à faire dans les 14 jours, et non remboursement de la totalité de la commande, ils prélèvent un % de la commande, c’est illégal car il y a un droit de rétractation en France
> Donc même si vous ne recevez jamais votre imprimante, et donc que vous ne pouvez pas utiliser les bobines, il n’y a pas de remboursement!
De plus, il y a une assurance, payante, qui propose de remplacer l’imprimante et non de la rembourser en cas de non livraison mais il faut attendre 30 jours pour faire une réclamation… Et 14 jours pour les bobines.
Quid d’avoir reçu l’accessoire (les bobines) et non le principal (l’imprimante)?
Je ne recommande absolument pas ce site. Une grosse arnaque, des réponses promptées automatiques d'un SAV inexistant avec entête en chinois. A EVITER!
Unprofessioneller Kundenservice
Mein Freund hat bei Elegoo für unseren 3D Drucker Filament und ein Paket Nozzels bestellt. Als die Lieferung kurze Zeit später ankam merkten wir dass die beigelegten Nozzels nucht die waren die wir bestellt hatten. Also haben wir den Kundenservice angeschrieben um eine Retour zu beauftagen. Nach tagelangem hin und her wo immer wieder nach Fotobeweisen gefragt wurde und uns eingeredet wurde wir hätten die falschen Nozzels bestellt wurde uns heute vom Kundendienst gesagt dass entweder wir die Rücksendekosten zahlen müssten oder sie das Zeitfenster für unser Rückgaberecht nocheinmal überdenken müssten...
Wir werden in Zukunft unsere Bestellungen lieber über Amazon tätigen als uns nocheinmal mit diesem Kundenservice auseinandersetzen zu müssen!
Poor hardware, poor software, worse customer support
I purchased an elegoo saturn 4 16k around 9 months ago.
Initially I was quite pleased with the quality of the prints when they worked, assuming the failures were due to my inexperience with resin and the early stage slicing software.
Cut to now and its apparent it arrived with significant flaws. I am still getting build issues, the prints wont adhere to the base plate and each attempt results in basin tank film punctures.
Turns out they sent me a warped base plate. Light can clearly be seen unevenly across its surface with a metal ruler and support have confirmed.
Only they wont replace it as they decreed it wear and tear... I also discovered the "auto-level" feature is a complete lie. It doesnt auto level at all.
Its been a couple weeks into the customer support process now and they've acknowledged several in warranty faults but want me to pay to fix it.
To make matters worse they know prints result in punctures and resin flooding but keep trying to get me to print a test print that the printer simply refuses to print. Nor will they reimburse me for resin or tank film.
3 Weeks into the support process and they are still getting me to format usb sticks, try different usb sticks yet the damn thing wont print.
I would advise caution using this company as so far everything they have sent me has been faulty yet they take no responsibility for it.

This is by far the best company I have ever dealt with regarding Customer Support. I can't explain how much I love this company. Before anyone thinks I work for them or that I’m a paid sponsor, I would like to inform you that this is not the case. I’m a simple creator using the Elegoo Neptune 3 Max FDM 3D printer.
I have had my fair share of time on this machine—over 1,600 hours of printing—and it works like a charm. Whenever a problem arises, I contact support, and they resolve it immediately. Broken parts? No problem; they have them available, and you can buy replacements at prices that are exactly what you’d expect—not borderline high. Warranty issues? Free shipping and free replacements. Problems related to the OS or software? Absolutely no problem; the team helps you through it.
What can they do better, you ask? Well, there is only one tiny thing they could do:
Give us a multi-tool head, enclosed 300mm x 300mm x 300mm printer! 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Please, please, Elegoo! I need this, and the community needs it too. I have always said you can’t judge a company solely on price, quality, status, or brand. You judge them on their customer support, because a happy and worry-free customer is what we all want. You choose your own budget and quality standards, but you don’t always get to choose the quality of service.

I also want to shout out their filament quality. I don’t use anything other than Elegoo. (I should note that I haven't tested every brand out there, but I don't need to because I found Elegoo). I hope the company sees this, as well as anyone else considering this magnificent company.

Have ordered screens three times now. NEVER RECIEVED ANY! every time they wait till 10 days after to respond to emails which makes it past the extra coverage time of seven days, which then also gets denied. Absolute scam artists...
No delivery No Printer
I have ordered two 3D printers. One came in two days. Then ordered a second been waiting 2 weeks with really bad replies from Elegoo.
Basically been left with I have to wait for it to arrive! Has the excuse due to Easter bank holidays etc even tho I ordered it before then bank holidays.
Feels like a Scam my end as paid out for printer and not had anything arrive.
In future will take my business elsewhere
Helped me when Amazon didn’t
Long story short, I bought for them in from Amazon a 2 pack, The only sent me one I ordered after my package is delayed multiple times. I refuse to help me unless I send it back and they wouldn’t give me a refund. I contacted the company 2 two times. I was a little bit angry, and they actually helped me out and sent me the missing filament. 🙏i previously wrote another angry review here not sure if it’s still here or not but go to say thank y’all for helping out and sending me what I was missing, and thank God

Mi impresora 3D se ha estropeado dentro del periodo de Garantia y pretenden que yo desmonte la maquina para hacer el diagnostico para que luego me envien la pieza de recambio para que yo haga la reparación. No considero un servicio tecnico serio cuando son los cliebntes los que tienen que reparar susu propias maquinas.

Filament detector doesn't work…
Filament detector doesn't work properly. It shows properly blue light on off but doesn't react when is printing. printing continues if filament is out blue light off. i tried residing cable but is nothing changed. i have latest firmware 1.1.40. if filament is lost it continue print like nothing is happens. Sensor is enabled on screen properly. i tried shutting down for while no changes. Restore didn't help ether. what can be done to solve problem. Thanks. please help and answer.
That's problem and they not answering to any email from support at all.
AN actually helpful costumer support
I have a cc carbon, that suffered an unknown glitch that caused the nozzle to scrape the bed.
Elegoo costumer support has been extremely quick in trying to investigate my issue and providing me with helpful steps for troubleshooting.
The best part is that they have even sent me replacement parts free of charge to replace the damaged components. Thanks!

Don’t opt for the ‘bundle cartridge…
Don’t opt for the ‘bundle cartridge packs’. We ordered a Printer and the bundle ‘mix’ pack. They sent all green filaments. Also note it’s not print out of the box. The filaments need the spool holder…. Elegoo’s answer…. here’s one to print 😂 but you cant print without it as the reel just unravels. Even attaching the vacuum packed spools to a reel isn’t great. They are loose and tangle once opened. Customer service is delayed and likely in China. Downloading the Splicing software is like downloading a Chinese dictionary. Scary. Disappointed that we wasted money on the filament package and support/aftercare was poor.

Give up on Elegoo filament - tangles every time
I wrote a review previously about the filament tangling which had happened a few times but everyone I have used lately has tangled. Lucky my printer stops to allow me to fix it but I am basically now unwinding more than half the spool every time I use one. I have photos of Elegoo filament side by side tangled. Bambu never does this. If you are out while it is printing you can waste half a day of printing until you can back to fix. They have a colour I have been holding out for that I really want but what's the point. Steer clear of this brand.

Low cost, high value
I've had my elegoo centauri carbon for over 8 months, I didn't use it every day but I have racked up over 500 hours of printing, I have to say that nothing so far is broken or is starting to break, every component is still in shape for its hours like most quality printers.
And for the filament I dont understand people's arguments about its quality, its great, they just dont know how to store and how to use it, as well as not knowing the right settings to put in the slicer, CRUCIAL for a 3d printer, bad settings can cause fails even in 3000€+ printers, so know what you are doing and dont complain about something you dont know.
For this price you are getting way more than what other companies give.
Proprietary "Walled Garden" – Hardware Held Hostage by Broken Software
I am writing this to warn potential buyers about the "locked" ecosystem of the Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2 (CC2). While the hardware is solid, the software implementation is anti-consumer and currently unreliable.
I have been plagued by intermittent connection failures between the printer and the Elegoo Slicer. Because Elegoo has provided zero communication about their server issues, I was misled into thinking my machine was faulty. I performed a factory reset, wasting hours of time and losing all my print history and calibration data, only to realize the problem was on their end.
The "Locked Down" Design Flaws:
No Network Access for Other Slicers: Unlike almost every other modern printer, the CC2 has no hosted web interface (Mainsail/Fluidd). This means you cannot connect industry-standard software like OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer to the printer over your network. You are 100% forced to use Elegoo’s proprietary software.
The "Cloud" Bottleneck: Even if your printer is on the same local network as your PC, the Elegoo Slicer relies on their cloud servers to communicate. When their servers fail, your PC slicer disconnects.
The "Catch-22" Fix: You can switch to "LAN-Only Mode" to bypass the cloud, but doing so completely disables the mobile app. You shouldn't have to choose between a stable PC connection and using the advertised phone features.
Filament Restrictions: They have intentionally disabled non-Elegoo branded filament profiles in their slicer to force you into their own ecosystem.
It is unacceptable to sell a "pro" machine and then leave customers in the dark when your mandatory cloud infrastructure fails. Elegoo needs to open the firmware for local network control and stop the anti-consumer filament locks. I cannot recommend this machine in its current state.

Beware faults, you get what you pay for
Good printers for the price, but you get what you paid for. I bought a Centauri Carbon on sale that rattled a lot when it arrived. I wrote to support and they agreed that it didn't sound right and offered to send new bearings that I could then replace. The rattle persisted after the replacement, but now I'm out of the return window and Elegoo replied that the rattle is within accepted limits anyway now. It still prints fine, but I'm left with a noisy printer and a bad taste in my mouth. Should have just returned it immediately when i noticed a fault instead of trying to fix it for them :(

La impresora se estropea cada 50h
La impresora se estropea cada mes y medio, utilizándola menos de 20h a la semana, es un despropósito, no voy a volver a comprar nada de Elegoo. Encima cada vez que se estropea algo tardan 2 meses en enviar recambio, se me acaba la garantía y no la he podido usar de seguido.
El colmo ha sido comprar la centauri carbon y ver que a las 2 semanas sale y promocionan la centauri carbon 2, seguimos esperando a los distintos filamentos en la 1, pero tranquilos, ya no voy a caer, ni un euro más desperdiciado en esta marca

Ich habe insgesamt drei Geräte von Elegoo und bin mit ihnen sehr sehr zufrieden. Wenn man etwas bestellt, geht die Lieferung sehr schnell. Falls man mal ein Problem hat, dies über das Kontaktformular schildert, wird immer innerhalb 24 Stunden (meistens weniger)  geantwortet und ein geholfen. Ich kann die Firma empfehlen.
