Great services

Great services, fabulous customers service. The shipping is a little slow but overall dji usa is a great store to get what you need from the dji brand.

When I ordered I was told my order…

When I ordered I was told my order would be here 3-4 days it’s been almost 10 days and has not even shipped yet!

Delivery was fast but...

Ordering was fast, efficient and delivery mimicked the same! Opened the box...quick start guide not as easy to understand as we thought. Then, no other help :( Had to watch youtube videos. For the price it would be nice to have more printed information on operation in the box, especially as a first-time user of one of these.

What Drone?

Well you were stupid enough to send a review request well before delivery so.....not great.
My product is late, and appears to have spent the week bouncing around L.A. Total own goal.

Will update when/if product arrives with some weighting towards quality of product. And this may be more of a FedEx issue at the end of the day, but prettg tone deaf to solicit my 5 star review of the product you habe not yet delivered, past the expected delivery date.

Great Service And Prompt Delivery

Everything came in as expected. I have only flown 2 out of the 3 batteries in the kit but the flight went well and while recording 4k for both entire flights I got about 21 minutes of flight which I expected less than the 31 flight time which I am expecting is for a normal non recording flight.

I have always heard about DJI when…

I have always heard about DJI when discussing camera drones. A friend of mine had one and you can easily tell the quality build and detailed user interface was top notch. There may be other drone companies out there, but DJI is the Tesla of drones.

Costumer service is horrible

Costumer service is horrible. You only can contact them via email and takes them forever to respond to your email . So unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Everything was great with the slight…

Everything was great with the slight exception that I had. To sign for the package. I can see where this can be beneficial to some customers, and certainly to DJI, but it’s was a pain to stay at home all day to wait to sign for the package , when our location is very secure.
