Missing parts on item
I bought floaters for my Ranger 1220, and the mounting parts came with one missing screw. I asked them to send me this little screw, and they charged me U$ 7,00 for it. Unbelievable ! Might have god products, but customer service is below admissable standards.
Although I am from Brazil, I gave them an FL address.
After complaining, thay apologised and said they will send the missing item.

Cant get ahold of anyone in customer…
Cant get ahold of anyone in customer service. Total run around with order number that wont go into their form and no one answers the support phone. I have never dealt with such poor customer service. Brand new plane never flown while assembling following their booklet of instructions when plugging in the battery the plane full throttle into my side cutting me up my right side. Now plane is broken with no way of talking to anyone for help. Very dissatisfied.

I think there product is great but customer service is lacking. I placed an order and have still not received what I paid for no help from them or carrier nothing. Order was placed Dec 15t, Package received 1/3/2026 pleased with product not the extended time for delivery.

Low budget operation. Few Upgrades available.
Whats with this company? Customer service stinks (no response EVER after 4 weeks), few upgrades. Trying to find a lift kit, seems few to none available. Forget finding bumper upgrades, rollbar, light upgrades, their website provides inaccurate specs. Sending this POS back. I'll go with a Traxxas.....

The whole process was as easy as it's supposed to be.
The whole process was as easy as it's supposed to be. What more can I say? The plane is as advertised, great. Very easy to assemble. It's the dead of winter here in southwestern Ohio so I haven't had a chance to fly yet.

Deliveries take forever
I like FMS. I have 2 FCX24's and they are great fun. Parts break and fixing them is a part of the hobby i really enjoy, however deliveries take forever to arrive. I realize they come from China but Aliexpress still beats them by a solid week.
Its disappointing when you are waiting on parts...

The customer service is horrific
The customer service is horrific. No one responds via the email (which we sent multiple times) and the number might as well be a spam number because nobody responds on there. I was hoping because it is the holiday season this was a fluke, but no, read the other one star comments. The car I received was smaller than I anticipated so it was taken out of the box then put back in. I wanted to exchange and get a bigger car but after this customer service experience, I’ll likely be bringing my business elsewhere.

No customer service, like at all
Placed an order, witnin an hour my card was charged and I received an email stating it had been shipped. However the tracking number is for a label, they have not given the package to UPS, and they have not responded to calls or emails outside of an automated email acknowledging a support ticket and nothing further.
