I would give zero stars if possible
I would give zero stars if possible. I managed to avoid the subscription (i hope), but I just received the bra and it’s an absolute piece of junk. I ordered a G cup and received something that would be suitable for a person with an A cup.
On top of all that the fabric is crap and the stitching is weak.
Don’t waste your money.

SCAMMERS! I bought one piece, one time and all of a sudden I subscribed as a VIP. They withdrew $31 dollars of my account. They never sent an email or the subscription is mentioned anywhere. I called customer service and she said she can’t give me my money back but she can cancel the subscription for me. Don’t buy this brand

They’re legit
I had a shipping issue & Dana, an account representative couldn’t have been more helpful in getting me a replacement which I really appreciated. Unfortunately the bra itself is too small for me even though I chose my normal size. I had high hopes but everything else about my experience with this vendor was positive.

Never received product I ordered
Never received product I ordered. I have proof yet still being denied a full refund. Customer service is horrible. Definitely a scam site.
Dana from customer service responded to my query about the status of my order. The response was different 3 times. After waiting 2 months, they claim finally my package was delivered. I've reviewed my packages and camera footage from said delivery date and the package I received with matching tracking no. from fitcharm wasn't a bra, it's some small squishy toy! Which I wondered why I received an unknown package anyhow. Rather than issue me a refund, Dana now says my package is waiting to be picked up.
Don't waste your money or time with this scam company!

Great customer service
Great customer service. I accidentally placed one too many orders. Dana and the customer service team quickly resolved my issue, even offered a discount if I wanted to keep the items. I declined and they quickly set up my refund. I appreciate that, cuz I work hard for my money and mistakes happen. But, I will definitely be ordering from them again! 🙏🏽

Ineffective bra but great customer service
I personally found the bra to be very ineffective in support for droop so it looked ridiculous and l could not wear it. When l paid l unwittingly signed up for a monthly VIP subscription that l did not want. Jana from the customer service team was lovely and cancelled the subscription and refunded me after they took the first month out which was very much appreciated

Tried to place an order. Received a message saying that I am blacklisted. I have never ordered anything from this company but since this happened and I have read other terrible reviews, I am glad not to give them my business.

Offers PayPal but won’t let you use it
I tried to order a bra without using their subscription service, they listed PayPal as an option for payment but they “blacklisted” me, refusing to sell me the bra because I wanted to use PayPal. What a scam!
The word “blacklisted” actually showed up in red on the screen.
This morning it says to sign into my PayPal account with Nymbus LLC, then it says that “Something went wrong, try again later”. When I exit out of there it takes me to their order screen with credit card highlighted.

I thought I had ordered one bra
I thought I had ordered one bra , clucked on check out to check order , nothing happening so clicked again , but I didn't know it was adding the my order , as soon as I realised this emailed them to cancel and they wouldn't.
Luckily paid through PayPal and they told me it had happened through a subscription which they then cancelled and helped me get all my money back, horrible experience, thank you paypal
