It didn't fit at first. I ordered the wrong size. I appreciated that with the size upgrade I requested was sent out right away and I was able to keep the misfit I had and gave it to my cousin and now she loves them too.
Unfortunately my jew size doesn't fit so well either. I think I'm not putting it on well or something because to truly support me I need more support along the outside of the breasts and then the straps want to criss cross across my chest

SCAM!!!! I purchased a bra almost a year ago, firstly they did some tricky checkout screens that offered a 2 for 1 deal which I decided to get at checkout, little did I know they had already changed the first order and then this deal as a second order. It took a few weeks to organise the second order be cancelled and get a refund. Only to find out 1 year later they have been charging my card for a subscription….. to what you ask? Nothing I have been paying $34USD a month to float their business of bad quality bras when I questioned this with my bank they investigated and found that there was a hidden clause in my original purchase. Such untrustworthy and unethical business dealings and bad quality bras. I have never even used the original bra I got because the sticky doesn’t actually hold and the size is not accurate

The site glitches and ordered multiple times of the same item when I reached out they could not offer me a refund even though it was the site that glitched and offered me a discount on each accidental order. Sadly, because I couldn't get the refund, the cup ended up too big and now I am stuck with a bunch of these bras, in the wrong size.

Customer Service Excellence
I had an issue with not receiving my order even though it stated it had been delivered. I contacted customer service support and Ashley worked diligently to get to the bottom of the issue. In the end they sent me another package which arrived safely.
Also, the product is amazing and is as fully advertised and more!

I ordered invisilift and had to return
I ordered invisilift, but when I tried them on it didn’t support the way I thought it would. I have large breast and being older in age gravity took a tole. I contacted the company and I was able to return them. Since there is no return number provided I simply returned to the sending address on the package and provided the tracking to Kelly at customer service. Unfortunately I had sent to the wrong address, my bad should have doubled check before sending. She was kind enough to redirect the item at the correct address in order for me to receive my full refund. Thank you for the great customer service and if I find another product in the future I would not hesitate to deal with your company.
