My mascara arrived with a missing brush. Once I reached out Monica got me another sent out IMMEDIATELY! Thanks girl!!!

What started off as a somewhat dubious purchase, which was due to 'extras' being added to my order.....I read that there were many other customers (not just a few!!), who had also experienced the same thing!! But, I was able to discuss this unforeseen problem with a wonderful, and most helpful company representative, who was able to credit part of my payment, even tho' I had never ordered the extra items, in the first place!! So, all in all, an expensive and harrowing purchase, which I would never want to repeat.......but with that said, the Mascara I did buy.......was simply the best, and so much so, that I also want to add.......it beats ALL other Mascaras, I've ever bought......Hands Down!! Because now my lashes look incredibly long....and wonderful!!!!

This mascara is HORRIBLE! It’s gooey thick wetness. When pulling the wand out the tube sooo much mascara comes out with it. It's like a slime consistency It makes your eye lashes clump soooo bad! And it’s never dries but someone you still have bad fall out of little black balls of mascara fall over your face.

Very understanding and helpfull and resolved any issues I had quickly.

I made a mistake when ordering and ended up ordering numerous items, which I didn't require.
The customer service team replied within hours and refunded the money within 24hrs.
They were excellent understanding and kind,
Id highly recommend using their company, I'm looking forward to receiving my item

I haven't yet received the product so no comments yet re that but just my experience dealing with them.
I thought it was an unfortunate mix up that I was charged more than 4 x what I expected. Emails back and forth they quickly explained an "error" and the promised refund duly arrived. However reading other people's reviews now I gather my experience is very very common indeed!

I got fabulous customer service from this company who was Dana. Gracious and so prompt in resolving my matter. Beautiful to communicate with a very reliable company.

This mascara is amazing! It lengthens lashes without leaving any residue or weighing them down. I love it. I bought four, and when my sister-in-law came over, she stole one because she thought my lashes looked fantastic!

The customer service was stellar! Ellie was extremely helpful in getting my account in order. From the first email to customer service to the last, Ellie stayed with me through completion. I can't wait to actually try the product!

I had a great experience with their customer service. I accidentally purchased more than I needed and had to request a refund for the surplus items. Summer was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. She replied promptly and resolved the issue quickly, making the whole experience hassle-free.

Based on the excellent service I've received so far, I'm really looking forward to trying their product once it arrives. It's reassuring to know they genuinely care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile to help.

First I want to thank lash cosmetics for being so quick in solving a few issues that I had. I sent an order but received an email confirmation for 3 orders. I had accidentally sent 2 orders which were much bigger than the original one. I immediately contacted them and within a few minutes the orders were cancelled and the money refunded to my account. I also had an issue with shipping. I paid $12 for expedited shipping but didn’t receive the package until days after it was supposed to arrive. Again I contacted them and the money was refunded within minutes. I couldn’t ask for better service

So I had accidentally ordered more than I had intended without realizing.
My mistake.
I emailed to ask for a refund on the parts I didn’t want.
Sophia was just so lovely and accommodating and understood that I made a mistake and gave me a refund.
No issues at all. She was sooooo lovely.
I haven’t received the product yet, but am confident that if I had any problem it will be resolved.

I had incorrectly checked out more items than I wanted. The fast and efficient service I recevied was exempleary. They offered alternatives, but were also very gracious when I declined. They processed my refund quickly and have been very easy to deal with.
I love the mascara's and would definitely recommend!

I am very happy with the company's products, but I contacted them after receiving and being billed for multiple items when I had only intended ordering 1 item. The support team were very attentive to my concerns and quick to offer various options. I was happy to accept their offer of a refund and very satisfied with the service they provided.

The communication from this company was great keeping me updated with regards to shipping etc

I made a wrong order, and it’s handled, promptly, professionally and with kindness

I purchased a mascara which came to @$20aud including postage. When I checked my account I had been charged inexcess of $100 for products I had no intention of ordering. When I complained I was offered 25% discount or option to return products. I do not know how they can charge for products you haven't ordered. Total scam.
