The skateboard arrived at my home in LA in less than a week after placing the order. The fast shipping was a pleasant surprise.

I didn't like the default orange wheels on the Flex, but thankfully, customer service let me choose the Hydro tires with better grip. Even so, I still need to avoid rough road conditions as much as possible.

I just love my exway X1 Max! Super reliable board.

I have 3 boards from Exway.
The Atlas Carbon 4WD, the Flex Pro, and the Wave.
I enjoy using all of them in different ways, and in my experience, I am happy with the quality and the performance.

Gotten mostly parts for my own build not an Exway board but enjoy how fast they ship and updates along the way .Definitely a quality brand that puts a lot of effort into their boards and worth checking out.Definitely would pick up boards from them if i had space to get more

Exway Skateboards is hands down my favorite e-board company. I’ve tried just about every esk8 on the market and nothing compares to the build quality, and sleek design that Exway puts into their products. I just recently hit the 2K milestone on my Altas Carbon, and I have haven’t replaced a single part, not even the belts. Tell me about another brand that reliable… I’ll wait 😉

Exway is a great Esk8 Company, good quality products and decent after sales service for anyone experiencing issues with their product. I ride 2 Exway boards, The Flex Pro & Ripple and both are a lot of fun and roll with them frequently. Looking for a good esk8 product, Exway is well worth experiencing for yourself.

I've been riding an Exway skateboard for 2.5 years and can honestly say it's been a dream. The gear is top-notch, and the customer service is on point, prompt and reliable.
We take the Exway Atlas Pro on long adventures, and to travel abroad, we take the wave.
I would highly recommend it to anyone who's considering an electric skateboard.

I got my exway wave about a year ago and I’ve traveled with it to over 7 different countries in the world and I will say there have not been any better experience than traveling with my exway wave. I enjoyed their very responsive customer service and very active support. Honestly words justify how much fun I’m having with my wave and i know for a fact that they make the best electric skateboards in the market.

Had to wait 2 weeks then only found out they didn't have the board I'd ordered after I emailed them.

Stay away !!!!! I had my board for 5 months, one day it stopped working and has had battery issues. Exway basically asking me questions like I'm an engineer. Eventually they said my battery was broken and I have to buy another one. Extremely poor customer service. They sell dodgy boards with dogey batteries which some will pay with there life. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH WELLBEING AND MONEY STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

You need to know that the moment you buy something from exway, you have signed away the money.

1. There is no customer service.

2. Their advertisement is false.

3. They just don't care about you.

If YOU don't care about that, you're free to gamble your money. I would recommended any other popular brand and most other companies. I've tried a lot and this takes the cake.

I was in a hurry because my other board broke. Then I had to get a new one, they advertised the shipping as the 25th of sep! and it still hasn't shipped. The money I lost is not the main issue, I am more annoyed about the fact, that they, undeservingly, got it.

I have bought a board long ago from exway, and the customer service was way better, don't know who runs it, but I won't have anything to do with them at this point.

BTW instead of dealing with the issue exway tried to flag my review for promoting another brandXD. Behaviour or a kid.

the customer support is a little slow but very helpfull and responsible . they sent me a new board when i got a problem with the board that i bought last year.
i broke my board now sadly ,and i need to fix it now . but the board is out of believe , totally recommanding!

Ordered an Exway Flex Pro and arrived all in good time and well packaged. The board has been a dream I ❤️ it.

Can't comment on customer service as haven't used it. However I love this board. :)
