39 days and no news.

I'd like to give some feedback on an order (never received) for an Exway Flex Paragon.

First of all, I want to share a piece of information: When I ask them if I can have a discount because I ordered a little before the Black Friday discounts, they offer me $100 if I put a review of the skate on their site, without even having it in hand...

Here's a summary that I hope will help you.
- November 1, 2024 : I order a Flex Paragon from the website, payment is made instantly via PayPal, so I'm sure everything will go quickly, especially as my order states “Fast Air delivery 10-25 business days of Any country Customers”.

- November 3 : I send an e-mail to find out if they have a theoretical shipping date so that I can find out more about its arrival date. They reply "The parcel will be shipped this week, with a transit time of 7-14 working days".

- November 12 : I send another e-mail asking whether the parcel had been dispatched or not, as I have no information on the site or by e-mail. 10 minutes later, I "magically" receive an update indicating that my order has been shipped. They reply to my e-mail "the parcel has been sent, you will receive it within 7 to 14 working days" with the UPS tracking number.

- November 30 : I contact them by e-mail to get some feedback, as I haven't had any information for over 18 days (the 7 to 14 days are just for show). I get a reply on December 2 saying “You should be delivered this week, sorry for the long wait”.

- December 8 : I've had enough, I start a dispute on PayPal, and I put it straight into “complaints”, I ask for a refund. 2 days later, Exway replies with the UPS follow-up, which still hasn't moved.

- December 17 : PayPal triggers a refund in my favor, they confirm that tracking doesn't move him, that Exway doesn't respond to requests. Two days later, Exway calls me (via a German number) asking me to refuse the parcel when I receive it.

28 days and still WAITING FOR DELIVERY !

The skateboard was ordered in plenty of time for my Son's birthday .
Delivery was 5-15 days for EU delivery.
The replies are always that it is with DPD . It is 28 days and still NO DELIVERY !! THE customer service messages read like a Bot Chat and not a real person. I am extremely angry and disappointed. Buy a European brand and do not buy from China , you may as well make one yourself as it would be quicker !

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. They asked for USD 170 for fast shipping, then the product were not available, two weeks after it was available but even after 10 days no shipping confirmation ... only stupid excuses ... seems like a fraud store

This is Unacceptable I sorry about this.
I want a cool Board flex paragon, I don't know what the current status is, but my order has been cancelled and my money should be returned within 3-5 days

They are reliable and want the best for…

They are reliable and want the best for their customer. I bought something that I actually can’t use for my board, even it’s been sent out, they still try to solve it immediately and refund the money to me.

Excellent Customer Service

The rear plate in my Atlas Pro broke in half. I reached out to Exway the same day. The next day they replied and offered immediate assistance. The plate is not an item for sale on their website so I was worried it would take forever. The people at Exway nailed it. They offered me the part and shipped it within 72h after the piece broke.
I received the part in great shape and in a timely manner.

Shipping was very fast

Shipping was very fast, and I received the board in just a few days. One thing to share: if you're a beginner, make sure to wear all your safety gear and stay safe. Have fun!

X1 Max Hub/Riot

When i ordered X1 Max Hub, i had some issues with delivery and due to Hub board is discontinued. Support team helped me to resolve those issues, and i have bought X1 Max Riot(belt) + hydro tires. Be aware that additional items can be shipped separately. In overall board quality is great. Support team is doing good, but i think they need to improve communication between departments.

If the price were a bit lower

For me, this board is on the pricier side. I've used other electric longboards before, and Exway boards stand out for their high cost-performance ratio. If the price were a bit lower, I would be much happier.

Brilliant after-sales service

I bought an Atlas Pro 2WD gear drive and the Rexus remote control in December 2023. At the end of May 2024 I had a problem with the battery: my range dropped from 37km to 20km.
I contacted Exway support and they sent me a new battery free of charge as it is guaranteed for 6 months.
I received the new battery today.
I would like to thank Exway for the quality of their service and their sense of customer relations.

exway X1 max 8 mounth with it

I bought the exway X1 max 8 mounth ago (done almost 500km with it). I use the cloudwheels.
This is a fun may to go to work. Their is no issue to take the train with it.
For now, I just broke a belt ressently (easy to repair). The battery may be a little bit less efficent than when I bought it could also be the use of the board that evolved (faster and more stops).
At the end, I am really happy with this board.

First....

First, the battery: the range meets my expectations. As for shock absorption, the original wheels are average, but customer service suggested I could switch to wheels with better shock absorption, like Cloud Wheels. Later, when I had a charging issue, they patiently provided me with a video tutorial, making my after-sales experience excellent.
