Such a fake
Such a fake. Not the same size as a real Bogg at all. Cheap looking and their return policy makes it nearly impossible to return the item. I can’t stand that you can no longer tell which are cheap Chinese companies any longer and they screw you over.

I ordered the large pink Bogg bag. Needless to say it is some cheap made bag that is not Bogg, is not large and it is a light tan. The company refuses to refund my money and said to gift it to someone who would like it. They say color variations happen due to the machines, the size is considered by them to be large and the “B” means it is Bogg. Terrible customer service and fraudulent items!

Absolutely terrible customer service!
Absolutely terrible customer service!! My product was defective (print literally peeled off when the sticker on the side of the bag was removed) I emailed them. They requested pictures of the item and never responded back to me. It also has a HORRIBLE smell! I was advised by them that “just like a new car or new house new items have a smell.” Told me to let it air for 7-14 days. I’m scared to even try to clean it since a sticker took the print off! Do NOT waste your money on this site!
