BUYER BEWARE
Quality of bag was not top notch. Couldn't gift it and couldn't return it. Nowhere on their website does it say you have to return your purchase to China if you are not satisfied. Then they "warn" you that the cost to return is very expensive, and the likelihood of them receiving your return is probably nil. What a waste of time and money. Never again. BUYER BEWARE.

I bought a wallet last year , I was blown away how beautiful it was and still is. Extremely well design for functionality , very user friendly. Loved it each time I used it.
BUT - one of the zippers broke. Cannot use it. Very disappointed.

I have bought many bags from them. Good quality for the money! Sturdy and functional!

The pictures are lovely, and when you receive the item it turns out to be PLASTIC CHINESE GARBAGE Sending it back to China is not an option, when you ask for the adress you get a five line adress with three different locations on it. A discount is offered when you keep it. I wonder how people who work for this company must feel about themselves: worthless shitheads. Go and do something good with your life instead of scamming people.

A bit long for delivery but arrived by school and my daughter loves the backpack.

The worst purchase experience with terrible customer satisfaction and service. Tricked me into paying twice and then refused to cancel 2nd order or offer a full refund. Unable to contact directly and felt like a scam from the start. Will never recommend or purchase from here again.

pouch is well made but could do with being made from slightly heavier leather.

Be ware it's a scam. I keep receiving the same email over that it's the wrong address and to please send the correct address. It's been over a month since I purchased a chest bag. We have to shut this scammer down. Horrible customer service. Can't reach anyone and all I get is the same email over and asking to provide my address. DON'T PURCHASE WITH THIS SCAMMER. I spent almost $100 dollars with this scammer and I'm very frustrated. I'm looking into reporting Esenbuy with the BBB and see what they recommend for the next step. Im not letting this go.

This website has the worst customer service. I ordered a pink handbag and they sent a weird brown color. So I texted a picture and they apologized and said they would send the pink one. I waited to receive it, which made me late for the birthday present I had intended to use it for. I finally get the replacement and it’s that same ugly brown color. So, I emailed them again and they admitted having a dye problem with the pink. They still continue to show the pink bag.
First they said they would refund me 20%. Then I said that was unacceptable because it was their error. They then tried to give me 20% off my next order. I emailed again and then they said they refunded me 20% of the purchase price. I never said I would accept that. They said they would give me an additional 10% if I returned the bags to them and they gave me an address in China. So now I’m stuck with 2 ugly brown color bags.
STAY AWAY from this company!!!!

Update! After all the back and forth emails and after writing this review on Trust Pilot, they agreed to refund me 75% of the cost. I accepted this offer, but still feel they play games with people. When they sent the wrong color, twice, there should have been an immediate response of a full refund. But they said 20 % refund. Then offered 20% off future purchase. Why didn’t they just do the right thing to begin with?? I still won’t use this company again.

Purchased a Z fold phone case that is smaller than my phone. I was told to give it to someone who can use it, and they would send me 20% discount on my next purchase. I have all the emails from this company that they will not give me any money back. They want me to pay shipping to return the item. DON'T BUY FROM esensbuy cs

Horrible quality, cheap and can’t return items.

This company is a total scam. They have fake photos on the website that look good, but the products look nothing like the photos. Paid 40$ USD for a bag that costs less than 10$. Made very cheap, terrible quality.

If you want to return, they said:

“If you want to return the good, you need to ship it back to China and the freight should be paid by your side when it’s not the seller’s responsibility.

Please don’t return to the address on the package, which is the transit center of your local post office, we can't receive the package with that address and we will not be responsible for the loss of the package.”

Shipping it to China costs almost as much as the product. This is how they discourage you from sending returns.

Do not buy from this company if there is any chance that you might need to return or exchange it. I bought a wallet as a gift and it ended up being too large, The company will not respond to my inquiry about how to return and exchange it for a smaller one.

Update: This company replied that they have a size chart but the item was a wallet so that doesn't make sense. They also said that returns or exchanges are possible but they refuse to accept my email to their customer support address. It has been refused three times. I would not buy from this company ever again!

Never received my order I ordered the air tag wallet money was taken out of my bank account never received any information about it it was ordered on December the 9th

First, I didn't receive my order confirmation or any email with order #. Second, I didn't receive any info regarding shipment. I had to email to the company to confirm if my order was processed. I just got a short response that I have to be patient and just wait my bag to be delivered in following 3-4 weeks. I didn't receive any trucking. Finally, after 4 weeks I received a bag, but the quality is far away from what I expected for the price, over $60 . Very cheap made. I wish I could return it but shipping price for return as pretty high and I don't want to have a hassle with returning. Do not recommend this website, China scam

Poor product quality. Refused refund. False advertisement online. Bag logo disguised online. Paid $200 for two kids bags. China retailer do not trust.
