I never did receive the bag I ordered, so I cannot comment on the quality of the product.
However, after obtaining a statement of non- delivery by the courier, and following several Facebook message exchanges, I did receive a full refund 2 months later.

Gut überlegen und Rücksendebedingungen lesen
Gut überlegen, ob ihr hier Ware kaufen möchtet. Zumindest solltet ihr vorher die Rücksendebedingungen vorab gut lesen. Das habe ich leider icht getan, da es den Anschein hatte, dass es sich um einen deutschen Händler handelt. Die Ware im Shop wirkt hochwertiger als sie ist und kommt aus China. Die bestellte "Ledertasche" riecht unangenehm chemisch und wirkt auf mich nicht so als ob sie aus echtem Leder wäre.
Eine Rücksendung gestaltet sich schwierig, da hohe Versandkosten ( mind. 20,00 Euro ) und die Ungewissheit, ob und wann der Artikel dann dort auch wirklich ankommt.
Auf meine Anfrage zur Rücksendung habe ich nacheinander Mails mit Angeboten bekommen, den Artikel zu einem Rabatt von 10, 20 und schließlich 30% zu behalten. Erst mit der 3. Mail hat man mir schließlich eine zimelich komplizierte Anschrift in China mitgeteilt, obwohl die Ware über bzw. aus Deutschland ( wahrscheinlich ein Zwischenhändler ) an mich verschickt wurde.Ich habe mich jetzt zwangsläufig entschieden den Artikel zu behalten, da mit der ganze Rücksendeprozeß zu langwierig scheint.
Immerhin hat der Händler mir die versprochenen 30 % innerhalb von zwei Tagen per Paypal angekündigt.
Fazit für mich: Lieber ins Geschäft und vor Ort eine Tasche kaufen :(

Don't bother. The quality is like cardboard for bag. I was skeptical ordering from China but given the price of the bags I thought I would give it a try. Not worth it. You can get the same quality on amazon, temu, aliexpress for fraction of a price. Read small prints because you can return the item but have to pay for your own shipping and shipping to china is not cheap so you are stuck with the product. 2 star because they at least replied to my emails.

I wrote a bad review and they asked me to remove that review and they would provide an address, I did that and they never gave me an address!! This is one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. I should be allowed to return an item but it seems I cannot and I am now stuck with my purchase. I am very disappointed and would advise anyone else to consider this before they buy.
In addition their UK number shown on their website does not work and they take weeks to respond to any emails.
You say you have sent it but that is a lie. You have not!! You only respond to trust pilot reviews and nothing else.

Where is my bag and when will it be delivered?
I bought a foldable travel bag on 21st July 2024, order #ESUK1077, and paid for Premium Shipping.
As there was no update when I tried tracking today, I sent an email to the UK email address which is shown in the email which I received from the company after making the purchase.
I am hoping to find out if my bag has been dispatched and, if so, when it is likely to arrive at my house.
If it has not yet been dispatched, is this likely to happen very soon? I do hope so because I would very much like to receive my bag in August.
Unfortunately, a message which I retrieved from my Spam folder tells me that my email to the company at the above address cannot be delivered.
