I was oder school bag for my son two months ago. Still didn't get my item and no one sent me any information about my order. I try to contact 'couldn't contact any one.

I ordered from them s company and they are saying they can't find my order...DO AS I ORDERED...and stopped responding it's okay thanks to technology yoy wont gwt away with it... REMEMBER THAT!!!

I bought my wife a waterproof washable beach bag for Mother's Day and it never arrived. By far the worst customer service I have ever experience. I was told several times that it was on it's way after weeks of waiting. I checked Tracking and it said it was returned to sender overseas. That is when they told me it wasn't there problem when it was actually their problem. They wouldn't help me with my lost order and kept telling me to check updated tracking since they claimed they sent it back. USPS wasn't able to track it as well with their tracking. I have spent a lot of time trying to find it as it cost almost $100.00. They then told me they would send another one but wanted me to venmo them $17 for shipping. I was like, you were the ones who lost it and refuse to make this right. Buyer beware. Bag looked great but I don't know if it was a scam or what. Again, their customer service was horrible as they kept blaming me even though I could back it up with pictures of what tracking was telling me. They orginally said it was due to covid and ports but that was 2 months after I ordered so they came up with another excuse since tracking said it was resend so shipper.

Terrible. Do NOT BUY from this company. The bogg bags are fake fake fake. Mine came bent and totally unusable. I’ve already disputed this charge with AMEX because they won’t respond or help me. Terrible company with trash products.

I thought I purchased an authentic Bogg bag from this site. It uses authentic pictures of various Bogg bags in the actual Bogg bag colors for a similar price. The item description on their site leads you to believe it is an authentic Bogg bag as well. However, the bag they send you is anything but authentic! They will charge you the authentic price for a fake! Then, when you try to request a refund for the fake bag they send you, they will offer you 50% off just to keep it! If you do not accept, they will stop communicating with you and there is literally no other way but Email to reach customer service. I am writing this review to discourage anyone from going through what I have! I have filed complaints with the BBB and attorney general’s office in my state and encourage anyone else who has had a similar experience with this site to do the same! What they are doing is a scam and it is not right! The return address on the package leads to another scam company in Illinois. The bag they send you has no Bogg logo in the lower right corner of the bag even though it is pictured in the image on their website as such. The straps are not even attached and there are no inserts included (which a real Bogg bag includes). There are snap on buttons with the letter b on them included for you to put together yourself! Even worse, they do not even care to send it in a box and send it in a plastic sleeve, causing the bag to be warped completely out of shape to the point it is unusable. It also smells like straight up chemicals! Please beware and repot this awful company so they can be SHUT DOWN!

Totally a knockoff bag, which I wouldn’t even mind, but I don’t want a cheap knockoff for $90.

fake... not a real bogg bag. half the size of the real one and doesn't say bogg on bottom part of bag. return policy you have to pay return shipping and its in China so its not worth even returning. complete waste of money

I didn't want to give them 1 star but I had to in order to continue. Never do these things but I didn't want anyone else to be scammed!!
I order a large Bogg bag. When it FINALLY arrived it was 1/2 the size of my daughters real bogg bag. For the same price.
I only order from them because they had the color my daughter in law wanted.
Also the wrong color. It came in a trash bag.
The buttons and handles not attached and are clearly not authentic.
You can only get in touch with them through Fb and then it's the same reply to everyone.

Do not buy a Bogg Bag from this site. I reached out to the owner of Bogg Bags and she confirmed they are not a licensed dealer and that their products are knock offs. This company should be shut down. I regret purchasing from them. I’m going to try to refuse delivery of my item.

This company is terrible! And so is their customer service! Do NOT give them your money! You will never see what you purchased or your money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I decided to listen to the good reviews instead of the bad and am out $75. I was thinking okay, it won't be an offical Bogg (even though it says they are) but a decent knock off. It is not. It is small - very small!! Do not order, I'm teling you, don't make the same mistake I did. It's nothing at all like a Bogg. I actually bought a better one at Walmart for under $25- go there if you are trying to save money on a Bogg-like bag. The company won't return my emails.

RUN!!! Don’t order from this company. I ordered a BOGG bag and when it arrived it was clearly not what I ordered! The bag is NOT a BOGG bag, much smaller than it was described, the clips to hold on the straps will not stay on so the bag is unusable! This is a cheap made bag that I paid $77. I have contacted this company, and they asked for picture and videos of the item. They said I can return, BUT the shipping cost international is as much as this crap bag!

I bought a leather bag from Esensbuy. The leather straps started fraying after the second time I used it. After two weeks all the leather around the bag has become frayed. I am so disappointed with this purchase.

Similarly terrible experience. Bag was not the bag depicted in the picture. It was a fake. And not even a good one. Bag arrived warped and unusable. Refund policy is a joke. They offered me 25% refund and 20% of a future purchase. As if I would ever do business with them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY!!! I bought a Bogg Bag from them and received a fake! Nowhere on the bag does it say Bogg, like the real ones and as other customers have reported, the straps are unusable. The bag also came very damaged, warped, dented-in and it smells terrible! They will not refund me in full and expect me to send it back to HK at my own expense! Wish I would've known to read all these reviews beforehand. Such a scam!!!!

Received item that I received and the item didn’t work as I thought. Sent email to Esensbuy Asking for return address. Automatic email return with links, but no information on return address. Sent several emails but same response. Called number and message was in a foreign language.
