I've again tried to contact Equitini with regard to loging into my account which I've been locked out of.
50 minute call wait unacceptable. So tried to email via contact us on website. After another round of pressing buttons and getting back to the start. Gave up Appalling service . Do these companies do this to cause as much distress as possible. It appears so.

The customer advisor I spoke to after having to listen to repetitive music and message for 30 minutes was extremely helpfull and dealt quickly with my problem, but there needs to be more staff to answer telephone calls. My enquiry was not something I could do online! I needed to speak to a human being.

Shockingly poor customer service. Straightforward query after having difficulty logging on. After an extended hold was given an alternative number to ring. Got straight through but spoke to an agent who struggled to grasp what my query was. Updated my email address but unable to help further, telling me to call the general number again. Cue an even longer hold. Here's hoping for a better outcome this time - if they can be bothered picking up the phone that is.

1st they got my bank details wrong. That's sorted and pension being paid but I have not received an arrears payment or my terminal gratuity payment even after phoning every week for the last 7 weeks. Just keep being told it will be sorted and if not to phone back the following week. Costing me a lot in calls and stress

Our experience of chasing payment for compulsorily purchased IDS shares has been very frustrating. After an initial delay, we chased in January to be told that payment would be made at the end of the month. The person we spoke to took a long time to find our information and made us feel that it was our fault. Have not heard anything since. There has been no explanation, no apology.

I had to contact Equiniti following the death of my Dad and Ajay couldn't have been more helpful.
He located Dad's holding and patiently talked me through all the forms we needed to complete. Honestly, at a time when my stress levels are running high, he really was a very welcome breath of fresh air!
I was on hold for ages waiting to speak to an Advisor but he was absolutely worth the wait! A refreshing change to some of the experiences I've had whilst trying to deal with Dad's affairs - Thank you!

Each department isn't connected. So was on hold for over an hour, got through to their general team who then needed to give me another number to get through to a specialist team. Called the specialist team who then gave me another number to call. No-one could do a direct transfer so went to back of the queue each time. With the third team giving me the number for the original team...
