Great customer service
The member of staff acted quickly, understood my needs ,explained how she would proceed and offered to call me back once the trading was complete to save me hanging on the phone. She quickly called me back to confirm that all was in order.

Ratheesh P Was quite helpful. However, there was long silences on the phone and I never knew whether he was still there or not so I think some sort of reassurance could have been good. But that's just a small thing and I hope it's taken constructively
I think he did misunderstand a question of mine at the end where I wanted to withdraw some cash that I had sitting in my account. And he advised me that I had to do it via my bank. Instruct my bank, but I think maybe he was confused with organising a direct debit.

Trying to get get some clarification on how to transfer shares into an ISA and what the costs would be, took a long time. i had to keep checking as "yes" was used alot, but not to confirm my query.
