To lower the fees I pay I recently transferred my ISA and SIPP to AJ Bell. I was a little anxious that their customer service wouldn't match the excellent service I had from my previous platform. I shouldn't have been. The people on the phone have been great , answering all my questions quickly and professionally.

I called AJBell to find out about Bare Trusts
I called AJBell to find out what options were available for creating a bare trust for children.
Tahnee was the lady that I spoke to and she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and patient with me whilst I bombarded her with lots of questions.
By the end of the call I had a full understanding of the whole process and options available to me.
She was very pleasant and helpful.
