Great service
So I had originally ordered these shoes from Amazon. When I got them, the shoes had purple stains and a yellow mark on the strap. So I was very upset. I waa going to return them through Amazon when it suggested I talk to the rep doe these shoes. I did, told them what happened and they sent me a new pair, a beautiful brand new pair. Honestly I would just buy the shoes from the seller and not through amazon! They were so helpful, great customer service!

The shoes were very pretty, but did not fit properly. I paid to return them but have NOT been refunded. I paid with PayPal. The initial transaction number was 852890086B557213J. My initial pair of sandals broke within the warranty period. I reached out to customer service who sent a new replacement pair. They responded quickly, were very understanding and courteous, and handled the issue. Hoping the first pair I received were just faulty, otherwise amazing customer service!

I had bought that shoes off of Amazon, I have been eye balling them for a while. Well when I got them the shoes were open and worn and returned. I logged onto Amazon and I did the chat with Dreampairs and they told me to send in the pictures and I did. I didn't see that they had respond so I called the customer service and the lady that helped was very nice and helpful and is going to send me a replacement.

Sort of happy but still giving 5 stars!!
I really like the shoes. They look nice on me and would be comfortable if they fit me correctly. They felt ok at first but then I realized that my ankles kept slipping out even though I ordered a size smaller (I returned my regular size). I got busy and forgot to send them back and the 30 days went by. I gave a 5 star because Dreampairs still helped me -they let me keep the shoes and gave me a 30 % refund. I put 3 heel cushions in each shoe and they feel better.

Absolutely love this brand! They have all the styles of a lux brand, but are much more affordable. I also had an issue with a pair that I recieved and the customer service was amazing. If you haven't already tried them out, definitely do!
