Comfy shoes, great service!
I bought two pairs of shoes, one is a super comfy sandal and the other are heels that are just a bit too high for me. NancyYu helped me with the return process and although they were too worn for a return, she was able to assist me with a partial refund that will help me grab another pair of super comfy sandals! Great company, comfortable shoes and awesome customer support!

It was no fault of Dream Pairs
It was no fault of Dream Pairs, as they sent exactly the two pairs of dressy sandals that I had ordered. Unfortunately, the mailman left the package at a abandoned home. By the time the shoes were traced down, it had been raining for days. The boxes were soaked thru even though it was wrapped in a plastic bag. I took the shoes out to dry & reported what happened to DreamPairs. They were ready & willing to help in whatever way they could. The shoes appeared fine after drying & looked as appealing as they'd looked on the website. Dream Pairs, merely out of good business ethnics, ended up putting a percentage back into my bank account as an apology for all the trouble I went through in receiving the delivery. I am happy with the shoes and certainly feel that the customer service was phenomenal at pleasing the customer. 😁 Hence 5 Stars from me.

Imperfect sandals, good company response.
I bought a pair of sandals and only wore them one time to a wedding. I did not even dance in them and by the end of the day, they had spots near the toe area where the material had worn away from the insole or footbed.
Dreampairs did issue a refund and worked with me to solve this issue.

I was sent used shoes by Amazon instead of new ones instead of pure white they look ivory, scuffed up and very dirty. It was very dissapointing since theyre for my wedding in a week and a half. Dreampairs however promised a full refund and ill be trying to clean the shoes thoroughly. Really hoping theyre not scuffed up too bad that itll show in the pictures.

My son had 3 pair of Dreampairs in the past and he was happy with them . The last pair we had some issues when it was raining, the pair was inside the warranty window .
