Dream Pairs has gone down hill so bad
Dream pair has gone down hill so bad. I ordered from them many years and everything was great. I just made a recent order and they are using Amazon now to deliver their products? Wow 😮 another concern was that one pair of my shoes did not come in a shoe box but they were in plastic as if I ordered shoes from Temu or SHEIN. This was more than likely my last purchase. I’m not sure if they are doing bad or just being cheap. Regardless, their shoes are not cheap and shouldn’t be treated as such.
Update: Dream Pairs has reached out to me and effectively addressed the concern that I previously expressed. Consequently, I will be revising my review score accordingly.

The shoes were super cute and arrived quickly. However, they were broken. Contacted customer service for an exchange. They responded quickly and were supportive. Offered the exchange, but size was no longer available so they issued a full refund.

Helpful Even After the Purchase
I had an issue with a pair of sandals I purchased over a year ago. Even though the warranty period had already passed, I reached out to the seller and they were incredibly kind, responsive, and willing to help.
Customer service like that is hard to find these days. They went above and beyond to make things right, and I truly appreciate their generosity and professionalism. It's clear they care about their customers long after the sale is made.

Excellent customer service!
I received my order quickly. The shoes were fine but, sadly, they didn't fit. I sent an email requesting return instructions. A series of mishaps and no return instructions led me to call Customer Service about 6 weeks later. From that point forward, the support team has been persistent in discovering the problem and resolving my return issues. No one was at fault, just a mishap. When an explanation wasn't quickly discovered, other support services might have written me off. Not the Dream Pairs support team; they stayed with me to the end. Special thanks to Lance Wang.

Their customer care service is great, I have ordered from them multiple times and I love their heels. I got a different size and had to make a return, the process was done smoothly and their representative was extremely helpful and very sweet!

Made things right, but room for improvement
UPDATE: Customer Service subsequently refunded my purchase without requiring a return and reached out offering a replacement for free. I sincerely appreciate the follow-up and additional effort to ensure my satisfaction. Bottom line: They ultimately made things right and can avoid customer dissatisfaction going forward by updating their policies to be more customer-centric and consistent with competitors; e.g., no-hassle returns (versus pushing for an exchange and offering only partial credit for returns), pre-paid shipping labels for returns, and retrain chat support personnel.
ORIGINAL: Shoes arrived with one toe indented and the other's strap deformed. Got the runaround when attempting to return; they avoided initiating or accepting a return and offered a maximum credit of 30% either way, which wasn't consistent with their policy.

I could dance for hours
I accidently order the same pair of pumps twice. I decided to keep the duplicate pair of shoes as when I wore them, they were very cute & comfortable. I've had surgeries on my feet and was nervous about standing all day in pumps but these felt like sneakers. Not only was I able to stand, I could run and dance for hours. I am a fan. However, the return policy is cumbersome and could be streamlined.

Going above and beyond in customer service
After I had completed my order, I realized that I had entered my shipping address incorrectly. It was past 11pm. I contacted customer service, and to my surprise, they answered only a few minutes later, fixed the issue for me, and even put a rush on my shipment as I told them I needed the shoes urgently. All that at no extra cost.
