I ordered two pairs of shoes one for me…
I ordered two pairs of shoes one for me and one for my sister. The shoes delivered quickly and my shoes fit me perfectly but my sisters didn’t fit her well. I decided to return the shoes and the workers were so nice and calm when working on the return with me!

I ordered a couple pairs of boots through Amazon and one pair showed up with a defective zipper on the left boot. I reached out to customer service and provided the information requested. My email was handled almost immediately and replacement boots are being sent. It was an amazing experience and incredibly helpful and responsive. I will definitely be buying from Dreampairs again.

I bought a pair of dress shoes
I bought a pair of dress shoes. The shoes shipped from Amazon. When they arrived the box was damaged and the shoes were worn on the bottom. They were shipped from Amazon. Upon calling dream pairs customer service they were very nice and quickly walked through the return process.
They sent me an email and I sent them pictures of the shoes and damaged box. Their response was prompt. Because the customer service was amazing I am likely to refer this company to friends and I will purchase from them again in the future.

Very attractive sandals, but with a defect. Contacted customer support and they responded right away. They said they would replace the sandals at no cost to me. I did not have to return the sandals with the defect. Customer service couldn’t be better.

First time ordering via their website.
This was my first time ordering from dream pair’s website. The order was DPUSUSFMMM260822195602193. I would recommend anyone buying their shoes to order them from Amazon instead. You avoid the long wait in receiving them, and in the event the shoes don’t work out, you won’t be straddled with paying shipping out of your pocket to return them. The shoe was a half size too small. I wear a 9.5 and this shoe fit like a size 9; I have never had to size up to a 10 shoe! It was way too short and it wasn’t as comfortable as I thought it would be. They make it hard to leave a negative review on their website, so buyer beware!

Dreampairs has been wonderful during this process. I had ordered a pair of heels that were delivered through amazon. I have a trip out of country this week and needed these heels as soon as possible. Upon inspection, the shoes had visibly been worn and returned to Amazon by another customer. As I am getting ready to travel out of country, I do not have time to reorder or process a return for these heels. Dreampairs offered a full refund and did not make me return the heels, which was a very kind and respectful of my time. The customer service team has been responsive and so so so helpful. Sarina and Carla both were incredibly kind and helpful!! Thank you so much!! Will be ordering from Dreampairs again! :)

Excellent Customer Service
The shoes are really cute and well made. Comfortable, too. Unfortunately, the red color was too pink. That’s a tricky color so I was disappointed to have to return the shoes. Thankfully, the return was a pleasant experience. The customer service rep was delightful and the process was simple and completed quickly.

Really cute shoes…bad Customer Experience
Really cute shoes however they had to be retuned since they did not fit. The return process was not straightforward and it took several unsuccessful attempts to access it on their site. If you checkout as a guest instead of creating an account, you must email their customer support. It took several email exchanges, each time stating my intent to return, order number and reason for the return in an attempt to process my request and receive the return mailing label (they will deduct fees from the refund). They wanted to provide options for my request although I’d clearly stated my intent. One of the options was keeping the shoes with a discount on future purchases. I clearly stated the shoes did not fit, why would I keep them? I don’t recall the other choices other than the one asking for a return label (option 1). I had to send yet another email to reiterate this. It was time consuming and frustrating. I’m giving 3 stars for the shoes (because they were really cute), but if it was not a user-friendly customer experience, it would instead be a 1 star. Note: Making returns difficult does not improve your sales results. No retailer likes returns, but it’s the nature of the business. Making returns easy and seamless might gain you customer loyalty.
