Great Customer Service with minor return and refund issues
The purchasing process was simple and clear. Th products arrived at my place without any issues. Unfortunately, when I tried them on, I noticed the size, color and fit wasn't to my liking or expectations. This is not a fault of Brunomarc. I applied to return and get a refund. 2 issues I encountered:
1. I had to pay for the return of the product when many other vendors include a free shipping label for returns.
2. I had to inquire about my refund before the refund was activated. This should have been automated.
Even with these 2 issues, I found customer service to be prompt and helpful. Hence 4 stars.

Ordering quality footwear from BrunoMarc is efficient and easy.
This time I ordered Dark Brown Brogues, and let me tell you, they are beautiful.
I originally ordered these shoes for casual wear. I was surprised to learn that they can do double duty as a dress shoe.
Of course, as with any Bruno Marc shoe, they are like walking on clouds. Very comfortable right out of the box. More comfortable than higher priced shoes.
Do not hesitate to order from this company. Their products are well worth the price.

I have been a customer for quite some time and love the quality and variety of the shoes, as well as the price. Customer service is always timely and efficient. My only challenge is that often my normal size is not the same as I order similar type shoes and the return process is costly. Though the process itself is simple enough, but, paying $15-$20 to return a pair of shoes that don't fit can be frustrating.
