A superior product but I won’t purchase…

A superior product but I won’t purchase a guarantee again because I think it’s really unnecessary to have to sign for $125 item when my iPhone which cost $1100 I did not have to sign for. The product was delayed for two days because I was not home with the time and I live in a gated subdivision, which is pretty secure

READ THIS IF A FIRST TIME DRONE USER. I purchased a drone and didn’t even take it out of the packaging before returning it due to issues with the terms of service and the privacy notice you are required to read and acknowledge before flying. Took pictures of the return, received the shipping label, returned it at UPS, followed the tracking number - all of it. YET THE COMPANY WILL NOT REFUND ME. It has been about a month since the return was processed. BE CAREFUL BUYING DRONES FROM THIS COMPANY.

No parts for 3 months.

Drone needed repair one week after arriving. Told it will be 3 months for parts. What ?

El peor servicio que he recibido

El peor servicio que he recibido, no recomiendo el dron, es muy caro oara lo que ofrece y la compañía no es responsable, si quieren una recomendacion les diria alejense de esta marca, responde al comentario pero no al cliente siguen siendo deficiente, lonideal serial que me permitieran devolver el producto y me devuelvan mi dinwro, pero tienen políticas cerradas chinos tenían que ser, el artefacto es invasivo hace que tu teléfono sea más lento ocupa y consume menoria asi cononla bateria, la respuesta es al control es lenta las camaras son mediocre en fin una porquwria por el precio, para un aparato de juguete por este precio hay mejores productos en el mercado

I was told the DJI would be delivered…

I was told the DJI would be delivered by June 10th but the drone was not shipped from DJI until June 8th. The drone label did not leave your warehouse in time to meet the delivery date so I was unable to take the drone to Switzerland which is why I purchased the drone to begin with. Thanks for wasting my time

Falls very short on expectations

The actual drone works very well but I was sent a fully defective battery for my drone and they won’t take responsibility or send me a replacement one. They lied about the drone being under warranty through the official DJI aswell. Save yourself the headache, don’t buy from them.

This was a little scary because some…

This was a little scary because some people were saying this was a scam but I think they are confusing djius with djiusa at least I bought a 4k maverick drone and it arrived on time and works good so unless they put Spyware in here then I really like it
