Purchase and Delivery Experience Good, Service Offerings are Non Existent in the USA

The purchase of the drone and delivery services were good experiences with one major failure that causes my rating to be a 1. No information posted or was displayed to me indicating that DJI USA had suspended service work on drone products and the main reason I purchased directly from DJI USA was to be able to purchase the Care service product. Now I have a great drone (Neo 2), but cannot get the service I want from DJI. I am researching 3rd party alternatives. Had I known of the suspension, I would have purchased the drone from a 3rd party.

The promised delivery deadline was not…

The promised delivery deadline was not met, and as I was temporarily in the USA, I did not receive the product. I have already requested the cancellation of the order and the corresponding refund.

I love my mini 4pro but the air3S is a huge step up!

I’ve wanted an Air3S for months & was so excited to see that I was finally able to order one in the US. I jumped right on it and have been thrilled with its performance! It s a huge step up from my mini4pro which I also love! I’ll continue using both of them often. The power & weight of the air3S will be much better on windy days. This drone is amazing!

I purchased a DJI Mini 5 Pro from DJI…

I purchased a DJI Mini 5 Pro from DJI USA on April 30, 2026.
Affter successfully activating and test-flying it, I accidentally triggered the "Flyaway" status. Consequently, the DJI Mini 5 Pro became locked and completely unusable—effectively rendered dead—even though I still physically possess the drone, all accessories, the remote controller, and the original invoice. Neither DJI USA nor DJI Support could offer any assistance to resolve the issue. To this day, the device remains unusable. DJI USA's post-sales support is extremely poor.

Delivery was fast and easy to order

Delivery was fast and easy to order. Got the Osmo 8 gimbal on sale with free shipping and really enjoying the use of it. Excellent product and very good quality. I’m having a lot of fun with it and will definitely purchase more products from DJI in the future.
