DENON AVR-X12100W mit Internetradio. Allerdings lassen sich neuerdings keine Sender mehr einstellen oder auswählen. Dazu muss nun ein Abonnement abgeschlossen werden. Bei der Erstinstallation hat es noch problemlos funktioniert.
Die reinste Abzocke! Kann von DENON nur abraten. Nie wieder werde ich von dieser Firma etwas kaufen.

¿Tengo un DENON AVR-X2200W y ahora tengo que pagar una cuota anual para poder buscar y escuchar emisoras de radio? El equipo en su momento me costó mucho dinero, esto es engañar y estafar al cliente. No se os ocurra comprar ninguno, no lo recomiendo y es servicio al cliente es nulo. Nunca más DENON.

I would give zero stars if I could. We bought an expensive Denon stereo unit. After about 3 months it wouldn't play CDs anymore. We were told to send it to a repair center since it was still under warranty. They couldn't repair the unit, and Denon would replace it. They replaced it alright, with a used unit!!! After several attempts at trying to get ahold of someone, and waiting weeks to get a call back we gave up! That unit was over $600. What a waste of money. We'll never buy a Denon again. Their customer service is lousy as well!

I will never touch another Denon product. Years after purchasing a hifi system, they dropped use of internet radio unless I pay a fee. I now have a really expensive hifi which I can’t use fully use unless I pay a yearly fee. Customer service was no use, saying it was up to the third party provider to charge or not. But it was Denon who chose this provider. Note, other manufacturers do not charge for use of internet radio.

I'll NEVER buy Denon again. I bought a AVRX4700H receiver and it stopped working after a year. We have made so many calls we lost count, and now their replacement REFURBISHED model is not working. They do NOT stand behind their products. Do NOT buy Denon. Is it a coincidence that they stopped making our model? They probably know there's a problem but they won't own up to it and make it right. You might as well burn your money because it'll be wasted on Denon.

Multiple trips for repair because Denon's authorized repair shop didn't fix it right the first time (initial problem was that the Cable/Sat port failed). They fixed the wrong port, and then the second time they said it was fixed, it WASN'T. So back we go. Finally they replaced the entire board. Worked for a short time and failed again.

They arranged with Denon to replace it. We were happy about that. But they sent us a REFURBISHED model and we ended up with another set of problems.

First, two of the speakers during setup were backwards but we worked around it. And then a few months later, it started going into power protect mode. We can't watch ANYTHING on it without it suddenly powering off! And now it's going to back to repair, yet again.

So we're in the process of getting it shipped back for repair. Denon should either replace it with a NEW one, or give us our money back. But they don't care.

It's been the worst experience I've ever had. Every other retailer backs their products and on the rare occasion I've made a warranty claim, EVERY other company has made it right. Denon is garbage. I regret purchasing that receiver and will never buy anything else from Denon.

I bought a Denon AVR-S570BT called customer service for help with a setting..The man would not even listen to what I wanted to ask .Just kept saying Get a EDID device..A tech from my local cable company called me on his own time and helped me find the setting i needed ..I like the Denon AVR-S570BT but I'll never buy anything Denon again..

Ne fournit plus les firmware en téléchargement sur le site Denon. En cas de problème firmware sur un équipement hors garantie, ou impossibilité de le mettre à jour en ligne (erreur), impossible de le flasher pour repartir sur une base saine. Ce n'est pas le comportement attendu d'un fabricant sérieux et respectueux de ses clients.

Die können nicht mal ihre eigenen Geräte reparieren. Ich bin mit denen die nur ein Stern gegeben haben einer Meinung. Nie wieder Denon

Er is geen enkele support beschikbaar bij Denon, ik heb een receiver van een aantal duizenden euro's gekocht van dit merk, na een half jaar is de receiver echter al defect. De support heeft geen enkele kennis van zaken en probeert het maximale te doen om te voorkomen dat de receiver gerepareerd kan worden, uiteindelijk heeft het 3 maanden geduurd voordat de receiver weer terug was. Voor mij nooit meer dit merk .

Internet Radio, Huch laut Denon, geht nicht mehr, schuld sind die anderen, aber bei denen geht’s halt auch nicht.
Und überbleibt der User.

I have a avr s540bt receiver
And its horrible. Denons website is horrible and gives you no help when looking for a firmware update. The company seems worthless when it comes to backing their products. Will NEVER buy from them again.

Although not the greatest quality bit of kit I’ve ever owned - it is reasonably priced.

Denon Blows!!! It sucks major. I invested over 15k and I still regret buying Denon. I own a Sonos system at another home and I always have music available. With Denon I cant even control speaker settings without interrupting my movie for 10 minutes while I figure out what to do and still fail! HEOS is crap! I regret buying Denon

Højtaleren har super mange funktioner og endda en app, men det er nyttesløst når man kan koble på den 30% af tiden. Jeg er ligeglad med appen og alle features den har, vil bare gerne høre musik

Ich besitze seit ein knapp 6 Jahren den Kopfhörer AH-GC20. Vor ca. 1 Jahr fingen die Plastikteile an klebrig zu werden. Mittlerweile kleben alle Plastikteile wie Tesafilm. Schmutz bleibt dran kleben und auf den Fingern hat man einen Klebefilm wenn man sie anfasst. Ich vermute mal, dass hier die Weichmacher entweichen. Abwichen hilft nicht.

Also ich kann das nicht verstehen. Ein Unternehmen verkauft für teure 200 EUR Kopfhörer und verwendet unausgereifte Materialien. Null Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Mann hätte sich die Kopfhörer auch mal ansehen können. Ich kann mich den schlechten Rezessionen der Anderen nur anschließen. Von DENON kaufe ich nichts mehr!

Una estafa tener que pagar por escuchar la radio por internet. Cuando lo compré no me advirtieron de esto.

Habe am 27.12.2022 bei denon.com eine Soundbar als Gast bestellt und per Paypal bezahlt. Habe NICHTS bekommen, kein Produkt, keine Bestellbestätigung, keine Mitteilung, NICHTS. VORSICHT!!!!

Bought a Denon RCD-10 reciever and HEOS 1 and HEOS 7 wireless speakers. Took a month to setup. The speakers will not connect now. Denon is no help. I've spent untold hours on the phone and DAYS with tech support. Update software, update firmware. Nothing but the run around. Was even told to throw the HEOS 7 away. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK!!
