My issue was addressed quite fast.
Unit arrived with defective styrofoam packing.
Unit is very difficult to remove filled water tank.
Water tank is missing a indicator ball in visual opening to know how much water is in tank.

I needed tech support regarding the installation of an infrared heater purchased. When I looked for their customer service number and was redirected to a WhatsApp number I braced myself for a painfully slow chat with a bot. Instead, a human (#Hansen) answered my messages, in a timely manner even though it was on the weekend, and answered all my questions in detail. When we figured out the heater wouldn't be suitable for my space they helped me process a return and refund super quick even though I had originally purchased through B&Q and not them. It is disappointing I couldn't keep the product, but their quality of customer service made me feel confident about buying any of their products on the future! :)

Had to get a replacement remote. Messaged on WhatsApp and they were reviewing straight away. Great service
Avoid pro breeze they are a dreadful company this is the 2nd I’ve had a demudifier from them then they stop working at £70 a time I expect better service I’d had it just over a year and look after it.
They are vile don’t use them customer service is dreadful it took them days to reply to me so I had to message them again.
Don’t waste your money no service what so ever.

Purchased the ProBreeze OmniDry. The bucketless drain function didn't work so I contacted their customer service. They use AI for the initial inquiries so it takes some time to get to an actual human. They promised to send a courier to collect the defective one and send me a replacement. Courier never arrived and they never answered any of the messages. After waiting three days I processed the refund through Amazon and won't be buying anything from them again. Don't waste your valuable time or money with this company. Faulty products + horrible customer service.

We had purchased several of their small dehumidifier units in the past, which all continue to work great. However, the larger dehumidifier that we purchased stopped working after several months. It was out of the standard Amazon return window, so we contacted ProBreeze directly for assistance. They originally agreed to ship us another replacement unit, but then promptly followed up with a full refund because the replacement units were out of stock and not expected to be back in stock quickly.
Really helpful Customer service experience using their chat function. Sent a free re placement cap even though my warranty has expired. Very pleasant experience

The Pro Breeze dehumidifier is absolutely amazing. It’s really easy to use, and the 20‑litre capacity makes a huge difference — you don’t have to empty it constantly. It’s a bit heavy to lift, but the wheels make it simple to move around, so it’s not a problem in day‑to‑day use.
The price is very competitive, and honestly, I don’t know where I was before buying this. It’s been a complete godsend. Highly recommend and would definitely purchase again.
I have noticed i have put in the wrong shipping address. There is no contact number only AI saying its too late. How am I meant to fix this?!

Avoid this brand unless you want a "disposable" appliance. My unit failed shortly after the 12-month warranty, and Pro Breeze’s "solution" was a pathetic 15% discount code.
To be clear: they expect me to pay more money to replace a product that shouldn't have broken in the first place. This isn't customer service; it’s a sales tactic to keep you trapped in a cycle of buying sub-standard hardware.
Reliable brands like Meaco or Dyson offer 2-5 year warranties because they actually trust their engineering. Pro Breeze’s 12-month limit is a red flag that their products are built for the skip, not for the home. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, an appliance should last a "reasonable" time—16 months is not it.
Save your money and the environment. Buy from a brand that stands behind its craftsmanship.

Bought on the basis of which recommendation. The unit stopped working very shortly after expiry of warranty with an error message suggesting a sensor failure. Unhelpful customer service could only suggest buying a complete new unit as no repairs were offered and spares were not available for sale. Over £250 for just over a years intermittent use is not good value and effectively ruling out repair very poor environmental policy. ☹️. Wouldn’t recommend.
