Electrically Sound, Poor Material Choice
I use Marshall headphones. Electronically, very good.
Material-wise: cheap. The fake leather they use quickly converts to microplastics, leaving black flecks on my head and face. I can't wear them to work. Third-party replacement earcups cups last better. But the headband cannot be replaced.
Please make a non-vegan option that means they don't have to go to landfill. I'm probably going to try to maker a canvas headband cover so I can wear them again. However, if you switched to using leather it would outlast even your excellent batteries. I would pay a premium for something that lasts. I hate this drift towards fast fashion and plastic tat.
I feel like your product should be associated with hardwearing materials like denim or wood given your heritage and aesthetic. Not plastic polymers.

Una estafa. Compré unos MOTIF II A.N.C hace unos tres años por la estética que es muy bonita, y sobre todo porqué para mí (músico durante más de 30 años) Marshall era sinónimo de calidad y durabilidad. Al principio funcionaban perfectamente y el sonido era muy bueno, pero a los meses uno comenzó a fallar. Distorsionaba, se perdía el sonido…un desastre. Escribí al servicio Marshall de atención al cliente y como estaban en garantía me mandaron unos nuevos. Genial, una unidad defectuosa tampoco es tan raro, aunque me sorprendió que no me hicieron devolver los mios. También me advirtieron que la garantía seguirá contando desde la adquisición de los primeros. Malo. A los meses exactamente el mismo problema. Les escribí nuevamente y me mandaron unos terceros. Tampoco me hicieron devolver los estropeados. Esta vez Los cuidé como si fueran de cristal (nada de deporte con ellos, limpiezas, etc)Nada, a los meses otra vez lo mismo, pero ahora la garantía ya había expirado. Ahora tengo tres pares y ninguno funciona bien, ademas no se pueden cruzar de un par a otro (si se pudiera igual sacaba un par operativo). Estoy seguro de que en Marshall saben que ese es un producto defectuoso y a no mucho tardar lo retirarán. Es imposible que solo me haya pasado a mí en tres pares distintos!!! Una grandísima decepción.

I am so disapppinted with customer service. I am banging my head against a brick wall. I ordered replacement earbuds as mine were stolen and almost 3 weeks and no delivery. I know its not Mashalls fault but all i want is a refund so that i can buy them elsewhere.
It should not be this hard.

The speakers I’ve purchased from Marshall have been of high quality and have met all the specifications required for the projects. Customer service has been very responsive to quickly facilitate any questions and problems that we encountered.

Was soll ich zu der Marshall Bromley 750 sagen??? Wenn man dieses edle Teil probiert hat dann weiss man was für ein Goldstück das ist!
Einziges Manko: Der leider sehr, sehr unverlässliche Lieferant- DHL.
Ich wurde verständigt dass ich meine Box am 08.04.2026 geliefert bekomme-heute ist der 09.04.2026- es ist noch immer , obwohl Experss-Lieferung unterwegs, es könnte auch sein dass wie fast immer der Lieferant Probleme macht und wieder mal nicht ausliefert! Ich bin wirklich gespannt was dieses mal die Firma DHL vorhat aber ich denke die Marshall Bromley 750 wird nach dem langen Irrweg der DHL wieder (Lieferprobleme = DHL-Standard) zurück zum Absender gehen.
Ich würde mir wirklich sehr sehr gut überlegen welche Firma für Marshall ausliefert! Das ist der sehr schmerzliche Punkt! Aber fairerweise gebe ich das Maximum der Bewertung weil Marshall mit allen ihren Produkten Tip Top- Nummer Eins sind!

Very Poor Product & even worse customer service
Got the Marshall Minor III earbuds, blue tooth never worked properly, one never connected and the sound quality was very poor. No replacement, no way of repairing. Really appauling customer service, don't care once they have you money.
Terrible quality and criminal support!
Bought Marshall Minor IV earbuds, and the quality was horrible. I refused to read all the comments from people having the exact same issues, since Marshall usually has great quality. This was my mistake. The earbuds wouldn't charge half the times, and the battery decreased with 60% in just a few days. I had a slight buzzling sound in the left earpiece. And when I tried to get them replaced through the warranty service, they tried to make me jump through hoops just to even respond. Above receipts and the serial number, they also require you to send them pictures of white papers with your signature and the current date. This is against european consumer laws, and also a violation against GDPR. When I tried to explain it, they blatantly refused my warranty case all together. This is completely unacceptable, and I won't be buying any more Marshall products! Had to refund it through Amazon.

I bought a wired sound speaker thinking it was portable. When I noticed, I immediately contacted Marshall customer support and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The employees are super friendly and finally the quality of the product itself which, for me, is the top of the top!

I purchased an old Marshall which was great value and sounded fantastic. I had an issue with the front badge. I contacted Marshall and was directed toa supplier in Australia to supply that exact part.

My Marshall Kilburn II is crap
I have had 2 Marshall Kilburn II. Both "died" within 2-2,5 years.
I bought the first on in 2021 and started linedance classes in the autumn and in February 2024 that one broke. I bought a new directly and that one died last week so now I have to buy another, 3 rd,one... I have used them once a week and played music for max 1,5h and had volume 5-6...that's it. I'm so really disappointed!
The sound was good...but for that price, it should have lasted longer. The 3rd one wont be a Marshall, that's for sure (or are they sending the crappy ones to Sweden???)
