Mussa was incredibly professional and efficient in resolving my enquiry.
To the management I say let us get in touch directly with the agents, your AI chatbot feels like it's at least a decade out of date.

Chatbot is limited. Wait times are dreadful. Promises to do a call back are never followed through. Very poor service.

Mussa was very helpful and patient and sorted out my problem, helping me through the process step by step

They issued us a cheque for a dividend without our asking them to do so, we were not able to bank the cheque because cheques are no longer accepted in NZ and they have now charged us a fee of 124 pounds for cancelling the cheque that we did not ask us to send.

Musso, was a great help in getting my enquiry sorted.

Spoke to Mussa about next steps for opting out of dividend reinvestment and noting of new bank details. super clear and helpful.

I needed help in gaining access to the Computershare portal: including correction of my email address and resetting password and security questions. My queries were addressed over the telephone by the charming and patient Rukshana, who helped me with all the above, and as an additional service, provided information on dividends for my tax return: so saving me the need to go searching my personal database.

I received brilliant support this morning from Mark. He took the time to resolve my issue and also waited to check I'd completed it correctly. Went above and beyond in my opinion and I can't thank him enough for that. Really pleasant and courteous

Horrendous customer service. A mixture of voice bots and answering machines, none of which could provide the answer I need to my query. I was simply trying to tie up loose ends relating to a deceased relatives estate. Round and round in circles impossible to speak to a human.

The chatbot is too quick and doesn't give time to write your query before it's jumping in with suggestions. The agent Mussa was helpful however.

As of 16 January I am told it is impossible to sell part of my Astra Zeneca shareholding until 2nd February. This is a price sensitive transaction and I find it impossible to believe a major uk shareholding is affected in this way. I am in the complaints process but who makes up any loss if the shares fall in value ?

Once i got through to a human (Mussa) it all worked really well. Got the information I needed to get my question sorted.

The agent Mussa was very helpful - friendly, clear and professional. My question was answered quickly and I felt well supported throughout. Great service!

Personal service was excellent - chatbot was very poor.

Horrible experience for a shareholder abroad. The company has no incentive to help, extremely slop to reply and once they do reply, I feel they try to make things more complicated. This is absurd.

Was able to chat with Mussa who guided me to where I needed to be. I am not familiar with the processes so grateful for the unpressured advice.

Mussa was quickly able to give me a clear answer to a query about reinvestment processes. This worked much better than the chatbot which I had struggled with previously.
