I had problems logging in and was patiently supported by a very pleasant and helpful chap to whom I give top marks. I must also say thanks to Ms. Bhattacharjee who updated my dividend history. Well done both of you.

I initially made a an enquiry about share dividend on 31 Dec2025 It still has not been resolved. a number of buck passing, not their fault, change of excuses for not replying earlier. . all blame re directed to me. Computer share are not as fair as their complaints policy claim.

Have spoken to 3 Computershare Customer Care staff who have all been helpful & very professional. Especially would like to mention Mussadiq for his caring, patience and clear instructions (to tech averse customers) when our printer was not working.

I would like to thank Rukshana Begum for the support rendered to sort out my access issue which I struggled to sort out for the past 3 months as I didn't receive mails to my email address when I reset my password. She also guided me as to how the bank transfer details need to be updated plus additional information relating to the divided outstanding.

Excellent professional, friendly and helpful service. Answered my questions knowledgebly and fully.

I chatted to an agent “Mussa” rather than the chatbot because it was a more technical query that the bot could not answer. Also I was chatting from my phone while away from home so access to different screens was not possible. I asked about whether some documents had been received as I was concerned they had been lost in transit through the post. Mussa was quick to respond and identified how to answer my query very quickly. When I said I could not easily access other information from my phone and that I would likely get cut-off swapping screens, Mussa was able to look up the additional information that I was not in a position to obtain myself. I would say that Mussa was responsive and polite and helped to allay my concerns. Thanks and well done.
