Asked to login to change username but unclear not a hoax, so queried this by email, and told all in order, so did what told, login with UKey, took 4 goes to come up with acceptable new username, very annoying, then on success, told to re-login with new username, which then took me to a blank screen, which couldn't progress further, so cleared out and tried login again, but came up "forbidden" as either main Login or "Login with UKey", so I seem to have totally wasted about 1h tonight taking word.doc copy of every step, and now can't even get into Computershare to see my shares.

I was put through to Luna a couple of times with different queries, and the service was brilliant each time. They were helpful, straight forward and knowledgeable.

I had some rather confusing procedures and this was handled in a very professional manner.
Also done very promptly.

My problem is about getting Great-West Lifeco share certificates onto the DRS system, and it seems like I have to send them to Computershare in Canada. Now not only is this not eco friendly, but could prove very expensive if the documents got lost as their are adhoc mail strikes in Canada plus the costs involved fo replacement/putting on the DRS system (even whist being tracked), Surely for a multinational company, which uses uk offices for the dividend payments, it would be possible for the certicates to be sent to the uk!

Computershare is hopeless. They write and tell you to do one thing, then they email and tell you to do something different and then when you call (as they told me to do) they say I have to mail documents instead. It takes months to sell shares. The customer service lady I spoke to was hard to undrstand.

After trying so many times. The login says you have made too many attempts to log in (due to not having the correct information on how to log in). It says I have to phone. I phone, after answering so many bot questions my question is not there (to reset my login) it recomends I not try to log in on line which says you have to phone to reset. This is not in the bots repertoire.

I called them after my father's death and they were very helpful. The person I spoke to, Siddhi, was every helpful and genuinely cared about making sure that I had all the correct information before proceeding.

I tried to trade and sell some shares when their price was at its highest. I received an error message from Computershare saying I could not proceed and they would investigate. Turns out my bank account was apparently that of a 'third party' so they could not allow the sale. My bank account is in my name and I tried to contact someone at Computershare but found it very difficult to find a phone no or an email. When I did get through I was told it could take min 5 days max 8 weeks to resolve!! very unhappy indeed and lost the peak time of trading at a good price. Computershare is absolutely hopeless in their customer service or any service for that matter. I have been with Equniti for years and the experience could not be more different - smooth efficient and geared to the customer not to their bureaucracy. my 'problem' was only resolved when I contacted the shareholding company directly and complained and.....funnily enough was told I could now trade as bank account was 'verified'

It was very hard to find the information I needed on the website. It was time consuming to get in contact with a customer service person. The first time I did (after about 30 minutes) the conversation was shut down (unclear why). I went through the whole process a second time. Joy was the person who helped me and she found the information I needed and was very helpful

Contacted them about a shareholding which was received through share options & script dividends over many years. All transactions were amalgamated into one share certificate.
All they did was repeat back to me the details I had given them.
Absolute waste if time

I have struggle for month to get access to my account.
once you don't have access anymore to the telephone for verification, your life become hell. Yesterday Elaine from the customer service as shown patience and calm to help me sort out the rut. She droves me through the limb of verification and account re set up, taking her time kindly to guide help step by step. This morning Eureka, everything aligns !!

Chatted with Mussa who gave me the information I needed quickly, once I had got through the 'bot'. Thanks Mussa.

I contacted Computershare about 2 issues, a missing certificate and to transfer shares to my wife.
Their advice was prompt, accurate and helpful and they actioned both matters quicker than I had expected.

It was a great experience talking today with Mussa from Computershare. Mussa was genuinely interested in helping me with any questions that I had and also showed a lot of patience in explaining the information. Thank you Mussa for all your help and support.

I rang Computershare to try to track down my father's shareholdings as executor of his will - I spoke to Mussa who was extremely kind, helpful and patient. He went through a long list of possible shareholdings with me, carefully checking each one and providing me with additional contact details if the company was not listed with Computershare. I was very grateful for his kind help.
