Mussa was very helpful today,

So far the email support I’ve received following the death of my mother has been relatively rapid and helpful. I hope all continues this way.

Chat function was easy to use and my query was dealt with quickly and in a polite, professional way by Mussa

Mussa, member of staff was very useful helping me to locate my deceased mother's account with the information I provided. I can now relax and wait for Computershare to send me the papers I need to continue with the inheritance process.

To be honest, the online chatbot didn't understand what I was asking but I was quickly put through to Mussa who was incredibly helpful. The 5 stars are for him :)

I was looking for some historical data which had been removed from their system a short while ago. Even though I could no longer see it in their online site, Mussa checked and it was still in the system so he is sending it through by email. Very helpful going above and beyond what I thought was going to happen. Thank you.

Useless! I received a letter by post saying they couldn't contact me via email! (The only time I've ever had this! - must be their systems)
Having logged onto my account - I'm licked out - they've changed the system with their own "UKEY" protocol.
Although I could see my other holding - it gave no information about another 'lost' holding - which I believe they've just taken over.

On phoning a contact (or 'non-contact') number in a previous email it said 'notauthorisednotauthirisefnotauthirised'!

So using their chat system and having to tell the bot I want to talk to a human, Dan eventually responds.

He reads the short narrative - and says I have to phone a number similar to the one I've just phoned.

And because my account has been locked out - I have to phone tomorrow!

But what's the point of xxxxxxx Chat!!!!!

So it's goodbye Dan - speak again next year.

This is the most incompetent company that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Unfortunately I was unable to give them a zero, there is no opportunity

I was supported through every step of clearing security, getting a temporary password, changing my password and requesting to withdraw my funds by Carmine, who was, knowledgeable, patient and helpful which enabled me to complete my action.

I would appreciate a free number for customer service. The voice chat doesn't work very well and didn't understand the name 'Equateplus' when spoken but it owned the problem and put me through to Carmine straight after.

I call today for support with my account and the Customer agent by the name Abigael was very supportive helpful and professional and was able to help me to resolve my challenge with the app

Mussa answered my question promptly.

The representative Ana is very helpful. She helped me go through the steps of data input in the system.

Just had a webchat with Mussa. He was so helpful, responded really quickly and clearly informed me of how I resolve my issue. Brilliant service!

The operator was extemely helpful and knowledgeable enabling me to quickly reestablish my on-line coverage. She talked me step by step through the necessary steps to reinstate my online connection

the first bot recognised that they could not help me and trnasfered me to MUSSA who answered my question proptly

I used the web based help for a query regarding dividend payments. The initial computer based "bot" help is a bit frustrating. It gives generic answers that don't answer the question. On being transferred to a live agent, Mussa, my question was resolved.

I only gave 4 starts because the AI chat bot was malfunctioning at the beginning and asked for my feedback before I had even asked my question. When I did ask the question it came out without any spaces and added some other characters in between each word so was frustrating. However, I finally got through to a real person, Declan, who was very helpful indeed and gave me step by step detail of what I wanted to do. Thank you.

Mussa answered my question quickly and in easy to understand terms. As a novice in share dealing this was very reassuring

I was fortunate to have had Siddhi as the agent that picked up the phone and attempted to assist me with my deceased parent's numerous stocks and shares, dating back as far as the 90's.
Siddhi was extremely patient and made the whole experience seemless and fathomable. Her advice and knowledge brilliant since I had no idea where to start.
