Car Service History Anmeldelser

Wow, I've just experienced exactly the same as everyone else. You pay your money, nothing happens and then you get no replies to emails. On top of this you get an error message when you 'click support' and their chat doesn't work either. In short, don't use them, it's a waste of money.

Searched online for a reputable car service history company, and Car Service History looked the part...

Paid my £24.99 on the 14th April 2025, and waited..

Checked on the website every few days, could see they were sending blanket emails to every garage in the country....

Then 4 weeks later, tried to login, and surprise, surprise my email was not recognised, unable to login, no reply to chat or email, Jackie keeps emailing asking "CAN WE HELP FIND YOUR CAR HISTORY", even replying to these emails didn't get a response.

Please, do not get excited, this company is nothing but a con, modern day theft...

Avoid at whatever cost...

They'll take your cash, do a token effort to email garages, then it's good-bye sucker...

One star is a star too many for Car Service History..

***UPDATE (02/07/2025)***

THEY'VE EVEN TRIED TO CHARGE ME £24.99 AGAIN LAST NIGHT, BE WARY OF YOUR PAYMENT METHODS, THIS IS NOTHING BUT AN ONLINE SCAM...!!!!!

Company dissolved August 2023 as per Companies House. I’ve just checked.

I paid for the service and was advised there were 7 possible services found. I waited for the required time, went to log in, password not recognised, clicked the forgotten password, now email not recognised.
So I emailed both a generic email address for help and someone called Jackie asking for assistance.
Despite sending 3 chaser emails I have not had a single response.
I’ve even tried phoning the holding company Autodata, but they weren’t interested.
Therefore paid for a service but didn’t get it.
Only the positive reviews are shown when I was checking them out, but had I had seen all the negative reviews I would definitely of avoided them.
Trustpilot didn’t shine here either because the reviews, as said above only showed the good ones.
Scam company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Utter and total waste of time and money. I wish I'd read reviews before wasting £24.99 on their "service". I'm based in Scotland, know where my car has been serviced, even told them the name of the garages where my car was serviced. My aim was to save on the legwork of going to them to get my lost service history. All they do is blast out spam emails to garages across the country that are most likely filtered out. It's my own fault and that £25 would have bought a few drinks, even at London prices.

This is possibly the biggest useless company today
And the cost of the service is a high, £29.99 for nothing and I am a pensioner
It would not surprise me if this company was abroad and this country is letting these companies operate here on the goodwill of the people living here

SCAM, don’t pay them anything because you will lose your money and get no service at all. The website chat function doesn’t work, they have no contact phone number and if you email they ignore it.

Unfortunately there isn't a rating less than 1 star.
I paid my £24.99 on 04/03/25. Here we are over 3 months later and countless emails into these jokers to cancel the search and get a full refund and I am still waiting.
DO NOT WASTE ANY MONEY WITH THESE TIME WASTERS.
Absolutely atrocious service. And have effectively run off with my money.

just been scammed

Total scam. Paid £29.99 after the initial number plate search stated 'records found'. So I paid expecting immediate results.
Was then sent an email saying I had in fact paid for them to do a search.
Do not trust these fraudsters. At best, it's false advertising. More likely just a scam.
I needed the results for selling a car.

Complete scam. Avoid! Have been locked out of my account and continuously ignored for support. It is clear this is a fraudulent company acting in bad faith - there wasn’t ever a service being completed by this so called ‘company’

‼️‼️WARNING
BIG SCAM
Order for the search of car reg for the service history Payment was taken upfront. Then showed a screen to sign the agreement, I tried various way to sign using various devices, it did not work. Tried contacting support using the chat does not work either.

Took money and never ever got back to me with any updates . Asked for update via email and never had response after 6 weeks. Tried to log into account to see if any service records found and account has been deleted. Con artists !!!

Scam
Took money and then it does not work

Scamm!!! Don't waste your money

After 7 days I couldn’t sign into my account and email was not recognised. Only email was a hello@ and one from jackie@. No response to assist. £25 down the drain.

Scam site, please do not ever give your money to this fake service, nothing will come out of it, still waiting for records for the past 4 months and nothing found and my account has now been deleted from their system. Avoid like a plague.

HUGE LET DOWN
Order for the search of car reg for the service history Payment was taken upfront. Then showed a screen to sign the agreement, I tried various way to sign using various devices, it did not work. Tried contacting support using the chat does not work either. The Website shows 110000+ positive reviews if you click them it does not work either

I payed for the investigation on 15th of March, i could log in until now even though i didn't have any results. But from now on i can't even log in. What makes me worry why they did ask about V5C reference number? What i didn't provide..but still. Rubbish and avoid!

Compete sharks! They take you money, start a search & then access to the website stops. Who knows what happened to the search???

No contact telephone number on website.
No response to emails
No response on online chat.

Do not use this service

4 months nearly and still no service records found. Waste of money and chat box never works on their website.
