Not good should have read the reviews first, payment taken twice in 1 day !!! now cannot even log in to the online account created, SCAM AVOID AVOID AVOID, go back you bank to try and get the money back how can disgusting Companies like this can still trade !!!!!!!

This is just a scam… no replay from them and money taken 2 times from my account!!! Stay away !

I would give a negative score if I could. Paid the money at the beginning of May and when I tried to log in towards the end of the month it said the account didn’t exist. They don’t respond to emails at all and have tried to take the money again but it was declined. Absolute scam

Took my money no report even though promised after 7 days which they don’t tell you about, until after you’ve paid. Then they took another payment 2 weeks later absolute con artists.

Kept taking monthly deductions from my credit card , despite already trying to get a refund - do not use

23/5 Payment is taken before shown you are shown the Terms and conditions, which after reviewing, i declined to procced. Money still taken out of account and despite contacting them, i have recieved no response or any details on my cars service history. Today, they have taken another unauthorised payment from my account which is illegal. AVOID

A scam.
Took 2 lots of £29.99 - the first was to do something, did nothing. The second with no reason at all.
Literally did nothing.
Rubbish.

This is a scam dont give them your bank details you will have to close your account and it will give you a bad credit rating
Dangerous scam

Money making machine.
Like many others I know there is service history on this car, but not sure how to find it. The car is registered in the north so they start looking in the south. I've tried to log into my account to see if there are any results, since I last checked. The account has vanished. I have managed to find the service history which these, so called experts have failed to do.

Wish I had read trust pilot review before wasting my money!
As others have writen, they have done nothing apart from take my money. Only records found are the ones I gave them. Now take a second payment of £29.99 without authorisation, and no response to emails.
I have now had to cancel my card and have reported as scam.
Please don't use, just a money pit!

Has anyone else noticed how all the 5* reviews have almost exactly the same wording, makes you wonder if you can trust them?

If I could give them minus stars I would, paid for searches and it's been on under investigation for a month. Now they have charged me again?! Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs!

Paid for the search Feb 1st, 6 months later still waiting… no info on the vehicle. Service history is available but their bots can’t access it. No way to contact the company. It’s a scam!

Not worthy of one star taken an initial 29,99 out of my account found nothing even though my car had been serviced by ford for 5 years then to rub salt into the wounds they have just taken another 29.99, god knows what for, absolute scam avoid at all costs

Terrible. It’s a browser based platform so you have to keep the browser open while it runs its checks? Obviously this isn’t practical so I had to close it. After days I’ve not had anything back from them. £30+….total waste of my money.

Over 3 months ago i Tried this company as I had lost my service history. I gave the company my dvla details as requested and even gave them the name and address of the garage I have used since I owned my car. I could have gone to this garage but wanted all my history including before I owned the car. So I thought whilst they retrieved my pre ownership I was positive they would be able to get the post ownership history....WRONG.....THEY HAVE JUST TAKEN MY MONEY AND DONE NOTHING. They haven't even replied to my last 2 messages. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM THEY ARE A SCAM. I will be approaching the ombudsman and encourage anyone in the same position to do the same.

No history provided, its a scam. Very sad companies are allowed to get away with this. Avoid at all cost.

Avoid at all costs like many have said Web site looks promising but far from it they take your money the customer service is none existent been waiting over the time limit of 25 days but nothing don't be fooled avoid!

If I could leave a minus star I would. I have been trying to track the service history of my car I bought second hand last year. Paid my £24.99 over 3 months ago, seemed positive at first but have been locked out of my account with credentials no longer recognised. No response to support requests and no service history provided. Complete scam and obviously acting fraudulently…..do not touch with a barge pole.
