Car Service History Anmeldelser 

I asked this company to trace the service history of a recently acquired car on 10 July 2025. Over 30 days later, less than half of potential car service providers have been contacted. This is despite my sending them confirmed details of ten services I personally traced and linked through its MOT History available free online. It is also impossible to communicate with them as the website is dreadfully slow.

Paid money for search on 18/4/5....four months later still nothing! Actually that is a lie on my part, they tried to take a further £24.99 last month... I complained and got that money back. It appears to me to be nothing more than a scam....they send out an email to everyone on a mailing list to try and show how thorough they are....one of the contacts made was with a haulage company near where I live! Never sold cars in their existence!! Very quick to show their 4.5 out of 5 star reviews from Trustpilot...except on here they're 2.3 out 5....maybe Trustpilot should contact them to discuss!!!!

Paid £24.99, 3 hours later they took another £24.99 . I emailed them to which they said they would refund the last payment ,over a month later i still haven’t received it ,or any sign of any service history .Absolute scam stay away…..

I paid £24.99 for this company to find the service history of my car. I was dubious and as it turns out I was right to be so. Immediately after paying they wanted another £5 for their ‘express’ (or whatever they call it) service, I didn’t bother. Nine months later the website claims to have contacted hundreds of garages to no avail. But more worrying, is that they sent me an email asking for my DVLA vehicle registration document number. The registration document clearly states this number should never be divulged to anyone. Potentially the vehicle could be transferred away from you. Needless to say I didn’t give them the number. What have this company done for £24.99, from where I am sitting, absolutely nothing. I have learnt my lesson. Please don’t waste your money…

The company is an absolute scam. Paid £24.99 to find my service history and it never came back. I have tried to contact but heard nothing. PLEASE AVOID!!!!

I'm not sure if I believe those 5 star reviews.

Paid for an initial request and they took the same amount a month later. Told me I would have the refund in 10 days. Nothing and it’s a month later. Had to ring the fraud department - see other reviews, seems I’m not the only one. NEVER AGAIN!

Been waiting nearly a month now and nothing,cant even log on to check investigation as it will not load up,100% scammers,DO NOT USE,A waste of £29.99.

Waste of time. 3 weeks they have been searching for service history on my vehicle and not one service found.

**BEWARE - DISREPUTABLE COMPANY**
As with others, I paid the fee £24.99, but a month later they took an unauthorised £24.99 from my account.
Despite promises of a refund, this has not happened. (5 weeks of waiting for this refund)
I have reported them to Trading Standards and the local police.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Without a shadow of a doubt, the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I say deal with, that is a contradiction in terms, as I never ever got any response from them, no contact whatsoever, despite trying on multiple occasions and asking direct questions that needed an answer. I originally paid the fee, but then wrote to them to tell them not to go ahead. I didn't request or expect a refund, cos that was on me. Anyway, 2 months later they randomly take the £25 fee again. I wrote and asked them to refund this, which the email I received said had happened, whether that was a result of me writing to them or not I don't know as they never respond to anything. Anyway, 20+ days later and still no refund. 4 reminders later, via email and their online chat and no response whatsoever. And the worst part is, there is no way to complain, as everything goes to the same email address that they never reply to. Beware, the website says that Trustpilot is 4.5 stars and excellent, whereas when you log in to Trustpilot it says 2.8 stars. DO NOT USE. Shockingly bad.

Paid for the service history of my Audi, nothing found after 40 days and no updates. Then they took payment again. I asked for refund and although they said this happened- nothing came through.

Obviously a scam site

I engaged this company to find the service history on my Passat. They provided me with no updates and then charged my account again. I emailed and they said that they would issue a refund but this has not appeared in my account, don’t trust them. In my opinion it’s a scam.

I purchased from them on 12 April this year. Obviously nothing came about in terms of finding the service history for my micra.

But in June they charged me again for the same car even though I did not make a purchase. I wrote to them that they had taken out an unauthorized payment of £24 something and they agreed to refund it. But its been more than 2 weeks and I havent received the refund.

I have contacted my bank to reverse the charges and they are looking into it. THISCOMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!

Being honest wouldn’t entertain this company, not been able to find what i’d paid for but also felt like that could take another £30 from my account the week later,criminal.Bank have refunded me but apparently this company are refusing to take any blame,so let’s see where it ends up!

Take £30 payment without explaining how long it takes and then tries to charge another £10 to speed up process. Also the reviews on website fake giving false claim of service

I see the scammers have now planted a load of fake reviews to cover up all the real ones that real people have posted trying to get there star rating up

Appalling! I signed up simply to get my service history for my car before I sold it and since then this company have been taking £24.99 from my bank card ever since I did not sign up to a subscription of any kind and as it’s taken from my card I can only cancel it with the company if they don’t refund me I will have to change my bank card I don’t have much money don’t trust this site

Scammer, I paid for service, after 2 days they deleted my account, I tried to contact customer support but no response, after 1 month they took another payment without authorisation and still no customer support. BIG SCAMMER PLEASE AVOID

AVOID! Absolute Scam! Charged me twice with no explanation and no response from chat or email. No phone number either.

Scam company deleted account after a few days, never found any info out on the car I purchased. Do not trust and do not give them your money.
