Car Service History Anmeldelser

Edit : Money got debited out second time without any prompt, total scam.
Be aware.
Lesson learned.

It was a terrible experience.
No report was received, and money was lost.
I'm sharing this for other users.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Paid £24.99 3 weeks ago. No report forthcoming. They searched less than 5000 garages, didn't use their initiative to look where I lived and I couldn't enter the garages I know had done the service. AWFUL SERVICE - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME

heard nothing not even been in contact with any results

This is a scam site , they have asked me for my vehicles V5C Document Reference Number, you must never supply this to anyone other than DVLA .In addition I never received a service history for my vehicle and never received a refund.

Should have read the reviews.
Paid the £24.99 because the garage I bought the car from (Select Cars and Commercials in Luton) have failed to supply a service history, avoid them as well. Webpage threw up an error which they claimed to be fixing but every time I go back to the website it again asks for another payment. No response to emails, will raise a dispute via the bank.

Leave these cowboys well alone ! Paid £24.99 for a check on a car I was buying for nothing. They also state they get 4.7 on Trustpilot, HOW ? when they get 1.6 on here ? I originally got my email address wrong and emailed them to correct it. Initially got a reply as they thought they'd incorrectly assigned one to the wrong person but when they were told they hadn't they've completely ignored my emails asking them to resolve the issue. No contact telephone number or online chat to deal with them either. Cowboy company. Leave them alone !!!!!! Thinking of reporting these to Trading Standards as they've taken my money and I've had nothing for it. !

6 weeks on and the page looks the same, they found nothing! Never will because it’s a scam, don’t buy, beware!!! SCAM, all car service asks is for another £9.99 to fast track. Another scam.

Scam, beware...

Logged on to carservicehistory.co.uk filled in details to obtain service history for vehicle I was looking to purchase.

Paid for service history report, and presented with website error.

Company has taken funds but not delivered report, which it said would be available in minutes.

Have contacted my bank as paid by credit card.

Be very aware...

Following feedback on TrustPilot approached for mor information.

I checked the report for the vehicle, on their website, and it is still locked. To unlock, they want me to pay again, despite sending a receipt for payment. I have contacted my credit card company to cancel payment.

They take your money then you get nothing. Zero. Just an error message on their website. Should be referred to trading standards! DO NOT USE!!!

Total scam. Haven't been able to get into account and see report for a month now despite repeated requests for help (they acknowledged the problem then went silent).

On the 4th of July, I paid £29.99 for a car service history. On July 24th, I paid £9.99 for a quick search. Surprisingly, I received an email today asking me to pay another £9.99 to review my records. Is this how it’s supposed to work, or am I being scammed? What is this extra payment for, honestly? I’ve waited so long to get the results already. This company is a scam.

Pants! Paid for a search but heard nothing. Checked two days later and no actions! Tried emailing but - 3 days later- came back as not delivered! Complete SCAM!!!

Complete scam!. Ignored emails and calls.
Be careful!

Bought a service history check from this company and gave out information about my vehicle. Now cannot find this website, it seems to have disappeared. I think I've been scammed. Got in touch with DVLA to order a new logbook which will prevent it being cloned. And also my bank to make sure no more money will be taken out. I will report it as a scam to action fraud and try to get my money refunded. Wish I had read these reviews before hand. A lesson learnt.

Scammers
Wish i read reviews before hand
Waste of £30 paid and got nothing its been a week
Dont waste your money

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

November 2024 is when the search started, apparently it's still going! There is no-one contactable this is a scam!

edited November 27th 2025.
Just recieved an email from them, now requesting my V5C document reference number to continue the in-depth search.

Total scam, taken 2 payments and not delivered any history (or even an update).

No way to contact, no response.

Avoid at all costs

I think this company is a scam artist. Don't give them you car information especially the document reference number. They will also take money from you with you even knowing. I don't understand how they can still be in business.

Total waste of time and money and they have the cheek to advertise 4.7 trust pilot reviews. Charged me £30 and a month later they still haven't provided any service history. Not even the ones I have proof of from Audi. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

This company ripped me off they helped thereselves to 2 payments without my consent & no results....I have tried contacting them to no avail....please dont entertain them i have never left a review like this i just dont want anyone being fleeced like I have
