Tengo el Voucher de Beniconnect en el dice que mi viaje dará comienzo el día 9 de febrero de 2024 a las 11 horas en el l Hotel Suitopia de Calpe llegando a las 12,20 horas a la estación de tren de Alicante.
A las 9,05 recibo una llamada de una Sra. que me pregunta donde estamos ya que nuestro vehículo está esperándonos ,(dos horas antes del horario). Al indicar que no estamos preparados indica que el bus tiene que irse y perdemos el viaje. Le insisto en el horario contratado y su contestación es que me dirija a la agencia donde compré los billetes y que a ellos nadie puede imponerles horarios. Cuelga.
Llamo al cabo de unos minutos pidiendo una solución y me vuelve a dirigir a mi agencia. También me indica que si vamos por nuestra cuenta a Altea (15 kms.), nos pueden recoger a las 12,05. Pero tengo que pagar nuevos billetes (37 euros,), a eso se le añade el coste del taxi hasta Altea. Por fin, y a pesar de Beniconnect hemos podido llegar a coger nuestro tren.
Se venden como dirigidos al cliente con mucha calidad, son el doble de caros que otros autobuses Y TE DEJAN PLANTADO!!!! BUENA EMPRESA. GLORIOSA SU CALIDAD.!!!
Tengo disponibles los billetes, el Voucher, historial de llamadas y ticket del taxi. No sé si podré subirlos pero todo lo anterior es cierto. SI QUIERES TU VIAJE SEGURO Y SIN CONTRATIEMPOS NO CONTRATES CON BENICONNECT, NO SABES HON QUE VAN A SALIR.
Booked an SUV transfer and they provided a car for 4 adults with baggage, we complained so they withdrew the transfer and refused the refund! Absolute rip off avoid at all costs!
Have used Beniconnect 4 times now, never had a problem them, always there waiting for us at Alicante airport, cars are very clean & the drivers are always very friendly
Very very poor service, would suggest paying the extra money for a reliable and trustworthy company. Myself, a friend and our 2 young children (2 years old) came to Dénia for a wedding in October. Our transfer on arrival, was extremely poor, the driver took multiple wrong turns meaning our 1 hour 4 minute journey took 2 hours 30 minutes. In addition, our return journey to airport was confirmed the day prior, the transfer did not turn up. We checked the booking and it says “sometimes our drivers could be upto 1 hour late” so we gave it 45 minutes before calling the out of hours number, who report we where down as “no shows” although our hotel reception confirmed we had been sat there and waiting for the full duration and 15 minutes prior to pick up time. When I called the out of hours number, I explained situation and that we had been sat waiting and had 2 young children to be told “well I suggest you start making your own way to the airport”, and would not arrange a further transfer for our “no show” journey. Very poor and I’ll be telling people to avoid at all costs and reviewing on all websites
I got an "express" shuttle service - with a maximum of 4 to 6 stops. My hotel was the first stop.
1. However, I had to wait over an hour after my plane landed to get the transfer car. They say usually 30 minutes - this was well outside that range.
2. On return journey I had to email them several times on my final full day to get my departure pick up time.
3. My pick up time was FOUR HOURS before my plane departure. Given the journeynis an hour that still left THREE HOURS AT THE AIRPORT - in era of people checking in online.
Disappointing and not recommended
Dropped us of at the wrong hotel the driver got our cases of the bus then drove of leaving us outside the wrong hotel had to make our own way to the right hotel.Then never turned up at our hotel to take us to the airport, after ringing them they said driver been you make your own way to the airport now costing us 77 euros never use them again
Llegaba en AVE a Alicante y no te dejan ir con ellos en el microbús a Benidorm por llevar en un transporting a un mini perrito.
Tendrían que actualizarse a otras empresas Europeas en la integración de las mascotas y más en Benidorm que viajamos muchas personas mayores con nuestros perritos
Shocking experience both ways. Dropped off about 3 miles away from my hotel! Didn't have a clue where I was. Driver was rude and couldn't careless. Had to get a taxi at 7 euros. They told me I had booked to be dropped off at a certain hotel which is lies! Going back to the airport was worse as they didn't even pick me up and again said I told them a place 3 miles from where I was staying. They wouldn't come and get me, rude on the phone and that taxi cost me 120 euros. Absolutely disgusting service. Have nothing good to say at all and will not be using them again. Liars and rude!
The second time we have used Beniconnect and once again they provided an excellent professional and efficient service.
From the day we booked to our arrival the communication was clear and we were very grateful of that.
They were punctual and their vehicles are clean and in very good condition.
We will be again using beniconnect on our next visit and would happily recommend them to anyone.
Booked through Holiday Extras but the transfer was carried out by Beniconnect. Unfortunately, the first day of our holiday was impacted by their incompetence and poor customer service.
The booking I made was for the Hotel Castillo but these had recorded it as Hotel Castilla (another hotel in Benidorm). When we arrived there and I explained, showing their mistake, the driver became aggressive and told us to get off the bus. When I spoke to someone at their HQ via the rude driver, they admitted the mistake but told us that they couldn't do anything as this was our scheduled stop. The result was that my partner and I had to use Google Maps on my phone to walk 25 minutes across town with two suitcases and a shoulder bag. It was very uncomfortable and massively inconvenient for us. Not a great start!
We both had massive trepidation about our return transfer but this was OK, although we still had quite a frustrating experience on the phone with a representative to ensure that a further mistake wasn't made. Fortunately, the bus was on time and picked us up from the agreed, correct spot.
Left stranded due to flight delay. Travel to Benidorm regularly and have always used Beniconnect for private minibus transfer. This time our flight way delayed and then bags delayed.
After collecting bags whilst walking through the airport I received a telephone call from a woman at beniconnect. Explained the delay and told her we have now got out bags and are on our way though the airport.
Arrived for transfer only to be told we're too late. I explained the delays only be told we've tried to phone you and not been able to get hold of you. I shown my call log that I had spoken to someone 12 minutes previously. The man claimed I have phoned you at least 4 times myself but you did not answer.
I shown my call log again to prove that there was no missed calls only to be told there is nothing I can do you will need to make your own way.
In addition to paying for a minibus I then had to pay for 2 taxis.
Our return transfer arrived late and when he did arrive he did not bring the baby seat we'd arranged and paid for so had to wait a further 25 minutes for someone to bring one. When it did arrive, It would not fit.
Used Their Express Connect when arriving at 11 pm on Monday 26/06. Supposed to be dropped off at Riudor/ ambassador but we’re dropped off 50 yards away. 2 pensioners , 2 large suitcases, a carry on case and myself using a stick. Then had to fight by dozens of drunks outside Neptune’s ?? Nightclub. Funny when I put this review on tripadvisor saying we were not dropped off outside the Riudor,their reply was the driver is only allowed to drop off outside the ambassador 1. It’s the same place. He didn’t do it he dropped us off 50 yards away.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Flight arrived in late and they left me stranded overnight, a solo female traveller, at Alicante airport as they were unprepared to comply with their contractual obligations and provide an express shuttle transfer due to my flight being delayed.
Flight had been advertised delayed from the previous day so beniconnect were very aware for over 15 hours before the flight arrival time that there was a delay but chose not to provide the express shuttle service they were paid to provide because it would inconvenience them.
Customer service was rude. I called 8 times to try and get them to provide any transport to my lodgings as I felt deeply uncomfortable being in the airport on my own overnight. They point blank refused, leaving a single female at the airport alone and anxious.
They didn't offer to get a taxi or for me to organise my own transport and claim back.
Didn't bother to contact me to let me know that they would not be providing any transport until 8am the next morning - I arrived at 3am including a 2 hour delay, I had to contact them after waiting 45 minutes for my transfer.
Express shuttles, for which you pay extra charge, are supposed to arrive within 30 minutes. They would happily have not communicated and just leave me waiting at the airport indefinitely.
They were rude and unhelpful, customer service is wanting to say the least.

Don't use them. Avoid at all cost. They are not worth giving your money to. Choose any other service but them.
The outbound trip to Albir was OK but it took such a long time in what was supposed to be an 'express shuttle', over two hours! On the way back, they didn't even send an 'express' shuttle [which we had paid for] but rather a coach which again took a long time. Wouldn't use them again.
I normally use a private taxi transfer but the hotel I booked at offered a free return transfer so thought I would give it a try. On arrival I found the desk easily enough was met by a cheerful English representative and was shown to my bus (which was an express, max 4 stops) however this is where it went down hill.
We stood outside of the bus with no sign of the driver, 10 minutes later a non-english speaker driver approached us and checked out ticket before opening the door and letting us on. After a further 45 minutes the driver decided to get on board after waiting for other passengers and left for Benidorm. Even though this was an express not all stops were in Benidorm so it took around hour and a half before we were finally dropped outside of our hotel, so in total it took us 2.5 hours from first approaching the beniconnect desk to getting to the hotel (private taxi is normally 40 minutes, same time as the actual flight from the UK!)
As a result we decided to book and pay for our own private transfer with Costa Blanca transfers to get back to the airport given the experience we had getting here. Definitely wont be using this service, again, whilst it may be fine if you are on a budget the length of time it takes was ridiculously long, it would have been helpful if the driver had at least spoken english and updated everyone on how long it would be until they left the airport.
One top tip, always book the low cost (non-express) service as there were people on our bus who had done the same but were given an express journey. Dread to think how long the journey and wait would have been if this was the basic coach service.
Dreadful service and worse customer service team. Left myself and invalid wife stranded at Alicante airport as they had no car, totally unhelpful or sympathetic to our needs. Told me to get a taxi and claim it back from them, 28 days later and still waiting for a refund - now making a claimback through credit card company. Avoid this company, a waste of money and abusive customer service dept!
I see why they have so many bad reviews. Please do not put your money into this company. It’s so unreliable. They left us stranded with a disabled passenger simply because they didn’t want to wait for the disability services. I raised a complaint and they responded with a load of lies and excuses (they probably will with this review no
Doubt). I guess the reviews speak for themselves. Do not book them. Read the reviews. Get another company.
We had an awful experience with Beniconnect they didn’t allow for the luggage advised to them when booking and turned up with a completely inappropriate vehicle, resulting in 3 out of 7 of their passengers being put in a taxi with a promise that the fare would be reimbursed which then wasn't! They have completely refused to pay back what they had agreed to which has cost our group an additional 156 euro.
