De todas las empresas, Beniconnect es la más ridícula e ineficaz que he conocido. Dios algunos tontos. Sus conductores realmente necesitan ser llevados a un manicomio.

Complete load of rubbish, rude staff, the driver was a complete Helen Hunt who dumped my bag on a pavement outside a supermarket and drove off. Would be better with a horse and cart or a donkey with a carrot, took three hours to find the check-in point. Bo selecta

Su política de cancelación permite el reembolso hasta 48h antes del viaje. La hora de salida te la dicen unas 24h antes del viaje. Si cuando te dicen la hora de salida observas que no es conveniente, ya no puedes cancelar tu billete y/u obtener un reembolso.

Ik werd na mijn avondvlucht om 2hAM op een grote baan afgezet als alleen reizende vrouw die de chauffeur smeekte om me wegwijs te maken naar mijn hotel. Ze liet me aan een grote parking achter van een Masymas supermarkt achter als een hond.
Medereizigers waarschuwden me om daar niet alleen uit te stappen, maar de dame die enkel Spaans sprak stapte uit...haalde mijn reiskoffer uit de bus en riep me brutaal toe dat ik dan maar een taxi moest bellen als ik er niet alleen wilde gaan zoeken naar het hotel.
Ik vroeg haar in mijn basis Spaans om me tenminste te zeggen welke kant te nemen op die enge baan.
Maar ze stapte terug in haar bus en vertrok.
Verschrikkelijke ervaring!!
Ik heb gelukkig mijn instinct gevolgd en ben zo...geleid door intuïtie terechtgekomen bij mijn hotel.

Er werden me achteraf geen verontschuldigingen aangeboden voor het niet afzetten aan de ingang van het hotel en het onheuse gedrag van die vrouwelijke chauffeur.

Terrible ..transfer booked for 8.35 am. After 20 mins we rang the emergency number to be told there’s been a problem with the coach…err what coach? We booked a private car transfer. Then to be told driver will be with us in 6 mins…at this point we were very doubtful anything would show…then beyond belief a regular Benidorm taxi showed up. So benniconnect lied to us then realised they forgot about us then phoned up “Taxi Benidorm”to collect us. Absolutely shocking service. Avoid!!!!

Fatal.Nos dejaron tiradas en el hotel,nos dijeron una parada errónea,y al ponernos en contacto con ellos dijeron que no podían volver por nosotras, que ya estaban de camino al aeropuerto, que cogiésemos un taxi.Por supuesto,vamos a reclamar

I booked a private transfer for a girls trip to Benidorm and we honestly got great service - I’m surprised by some of the reviews here too as some Benidorm-based friends recommended them and we were so impressed… friendly, courteous drivers, bang on time, super clean cars and great communication. Happy to recommend!

Amazing company,Spot on in every way. 10/10. It does exactly what it says on the bus. Great company to deal with, as in my last review where I had to cancel and they refunded my money without any issue very promptly.

Booked this crowd to bring us to the airport ...They were to pick us up at 7.45....At 8.10 I rang them and it appears they forgot about us..They did send a bus to collect us and drop us to another pick up point just outside benidorm...twenty mins later we got on the road.. The driver thought he was doing the le man's race...His driving was horrendous...He was doing 125km hour then decided he wanted to send a few texts...several times he went to get on the motorway and missed cars twice by inches..the a horrible smell went thru the bus of rubber...the only way this could happen is if a tyre shredded itself and he was driving on a flat tyre...the bus had twin wheels on the back ...I e mailed them and they didn't bother to respond...I would be very wary of using this company..they are this guy why is lethal and should not be allowed anywhere near a bus with passengers...

Transport to and from Alicante railway station. On time, very efficient, friendly staff, clean cars, first class quality service.

Five days before my holiday I was informed by Benibus that my transfer was being cancelled due to logistical issues. Benibus said that they would drop me off 7 miles away and I would have to find my own way from there as an alternative!! I luckily found another company in Alicante who were cheaper and totally reliable. My refund was delivered quickly hence the 2 stars instead of 1 star.

Contratamos la idea y vuelta Benidorm- Altet y tras llamar porque no llegaban a la hora establecida y además llovía muy fuerte no fueron capaces de bajar unos metros para recogernos en el punto de encuentro haciendo que nos empapáramos y a la vuelta después de horas de vuelos y contratiempos nos hacen esperar más de una hora y media porque no hay clientes suficientes y esperan a otros vuelos para llenar el autobús. Poca seriedad y vergonzoso servicio al cliente.

What a great speedy pick up . Comfortable clean coach .Departure pick up was fantastic spot on time no messing . Have used them 5 times now never use any one else .Tracey Jones

Do Not Use This Company !!!!
On picking us up for our return journey to the airport we where picked early and just as well !! We paid for the speedy transfer which would have been fine other than the driver didn’t know how to get to the airport. She passed the cut off three times and then asked for help from my partner and I. We did this and arrived at the airport 30 mins later for our check in even although we got picked up 3 and a bit hours before we had to be in the airport. On arrival the lady driver jumped out this minivan and pulled at my case three or four times as the cases had moved and it was jammed. I asked her to leave it till I moved other cars to free mine, however she pulled it again ripping the case right down the middle against some sort of tool kit stored in the boot. She apologised instantly and advised I just call the company when home and explain what had happened and she would do the same. We were now late for our flight so ran in and had to put thick tape on the case after getting it from jet 2 just to make it home with our clothes in tact. When home I contacted the company with immediate effect and waited days and days for a reply so I emailed them again to which I received my reply from a manager Allan. He stated it took them so long to reply as it was a third party they had hired to do this journey and that the driver said it was me who ripped the case !! I explained if this was the case I wouldn’t have wasted my time, however once again no help with this. Allan then suggested I just claim your insurance pushing it back to me and avoiding taking any responsibly !!! In summary Late For Our Flight As Driver Didn’t Know How To Get To Alicante Airport From Benidorm !!! Ripped My Case !!! No Responsibility Taken !!! Awful !! There Are Loads Of Other Companies Use Someone Else !! Avoid This Stress !!!

Quisiera que miren mi caso y me lo solucionen de una vez , el 28 de agosto tenia contratado con beniconent un traslado de la estación de tren Alicante a benidorm y nos dejaron tirados ,no esperaron la media hora que estaba establecido por lo tanto mi agencia se está poniendo en contacto con ustedes y se resuelva ,y están pasando del tema ,tendrían mucho GPS pero la media hora no se espero, y exijo mi devolución

Do not trust this company left hand luggage on the coach a lovely lady handed it into the driver straight away on locating the office to collect the bag money and items missing so from the driver to the office one of them have stolen the items €290.00 in cash.
Lady on the phone was rude no customer service no help her attitude was disgusting no emergency number or customer care available till Monday!!

Tuvimos una problema technica en el aire con el avion y tuvimos que volver justamente despues de 15 min en el aire y cambiar avion y tambien cambiaron numero de vuelo. Durante el viaje/vuelo no pudimos ponernos en contacto con Beniconnect.
Al llegar a Alicante la Guia de Beniconnect habia cancellado nuestro prepagado coche privado. Decia que el vuelo habia sido cancelada y como veniamos con un avion con numero differente no teniamos ninguna reserva. Tampoco nos ayudaba a conseguir un nuevo coche ni alternativa de viaje. Ni si quiera ententaba a ayudarnos. Decian que teniamos que hacer una nueva reserva på internet algo que no podiamos en el Aeropuerto con lo que teniamos a nuestra disposicion. Entonces alli estabamos con maletas y mascota/perro y no sabiamos que podiamos hacer.
Servicio a clientes es algo que no teneis ni si quiera creo que conoceis la palabra!!
La experiencia nuestra muestra que si tu avion esta retrasado o ha tenido alguna problema y lo cambian por otro avion perderas tu dinero con Beniconnect y no te van a ayudar. Algo que ahora nos a pasado a nosotros y probablemente a el resto de los 200 pasageros del vuelo que tenia algo reservado con vosotros.
Esto ha resultado de que no nos podemos fiar en vosotros y claro algo de contar a nuestros amigos que quiere trasladarse del o al Aeropuerto.
Era la ultima vez que ententabamos ir con Ustedes.
Si quieres estar seguro que llegaras toma un Taxi profesional te llevara al mismo precio con un servicio profesional !
