Awful waited over 2 hours… woman upstairs couldn’t have been less helpful if she tried. Avoid

Driver dumped me in Benidorm without any directions to the hotel, which was 400 metres away in the pedestrianised Old Town. I had not been to Benidorm before. I had expected either directions or a map. He said "ask someone", and chucked my luggage on the pavement, he just didn't care.

Me he despistado, me subi al bus equivocado, pero Tadeo y Ray me han rescatado. Very grateful to the Baniconnect crew!

Appuntamento alle 12,00 da Benidorm per l'aereoporto di Alicante, mi telefona l'impiegata alle 11,30 che il bus è passato. Premetto che mi hanno contattato telefonicamente due giorni prima per l'orario e il punto di partenza. Ho dovuto prendere un taxi.

Prenotare sul sito non è semplice perché pur inserendo il trasporto per l’aeroporto di Alicante da Finestrat mi ha fatto la prenotazione dall’aeroporto a Finestrat. Contattati telefonicamente confermano di aver compreso e concordiamo per l’appuntamento a Finestrat per le ore 12. Alle 11.30 chiamano per avvisare che il pullman sta partendo perché non può aspettarci.Morale della favola: abbiamo dovuto prendere un taxi

It was our first time using Beniconnect and can highly recommend them. Booked a return transfer from Alicante airport to an apartment in Denia. Staff were great, even though it took us ages to get through imigration. The journey to the apartment went without any issues. We were a little concerned about our pick as it was at 6:40am, but we had no need to worry as the car was spot on time. We will definitely use again.

Used this company on numerous occasions and they always deliver exceptional service standards, excellent customer care, and great value too. Thank you.

Awful user interface on their website site. It’s like when the internet first came into mainstream use. Really backward.

Booked return transfers from Alicante airport to the Flash Hotel in Benidorm. Absolutely brilliant service. Instructions on the email were easy to follow. Was guided to our express coach when we checked in at the desk on arrival. Didn’t wait long for the minibus to depart. Had an email exactly 24 hours before leaving with a time of pick up the next day. Mini bus picked us up on time for drop off at the airport. Staff were professional and customer friendly. Wouldn’t use anyone else for transfers in the future.

This is Beniconnect connect but don’t connect to their customers. From the mini, I booked, I made a mistake with my booking we’re all human. I sent him an email explaining my error. I got an email back then emailed him again saying that was wrong then they emailed me again then I emailed them again as you say it went on for 15 emails. I was starting to get annoyed by the end, however I did send him an apology email because they said I was rude to them. I don’t think I was they obviously just don’t understand times I can’t do any research When we finally get to our destination. We have to wait two hours to get to our hotel because there’s no services here. So if I was you stay away book with another company that actually care about you as a customer and don’t leave your ringing we should’ve booked an Uber £64 much cheaper and a bit of service. I also rang their emergency number and he just didn’t care. Didn’t have a care in the world that we were gonna be studying for two hours. What a joke.

Very impressed with the Beniconnect service. Lovely clean, comfortable and spacious coach and friendly staff. Coach arrived at bus stop collection point spot on time, to the exact minute. Will definitely use again.

Heen naar ons hotel 1u moeten wachten , bij het ophalen aan ons hotel bij het einde van onze vakantie , zijn ze niet komen opdagen ! Hebben ernaar gebeld en beweerde dat hij ons daar heeft opgepikt , nog liegen ook !

Travelled to Benidorm 22/09/25, using 'special assistance'.
The transfer, from Alicante Airport, to my hotel was great. Pleasant driver, no issues.
However, the return journey, was an absolute nightmare.
I was told, I would be picked up, where I was dropped off (outside Mar Blau Hotel).
My pick up time was 5.45am, so during the hours of darkness. I had my 20kg suitcase, my cabin bag, a warm cardigan and a raincoat.
There wasn't a bus outside the hotel but I could see one, down in a low ravine.
I was calling out to the driver but I couldn't get his attention. A gentleman, came out of the hotel and was shouting out to him in Spanish.
The driver indicated, it was his bus I needed to catch.
All along the road in front of me, was a metal railing.
I could see no way of getting to the bus. The driver pointed, back down the road.
I walked to when he pointed and saw a set of stone steps (15-20 approx.). They were very steep and wet.
So, carrying my suitcase, cabin bag, and garments, I started my decent. It was more than scary and I was so relieved when I reached the bottom.
When I told the driver, I was told I would be picked up where I was dropped off, he just kept saying "I don't speak English ".
Well not speaking English, shouldn't have prevented him helping me with my luggage.

Transfers excellent.On pick up from Hotel arrived outside and 1 minute later bus turned up.

First time using Beniconnect and would highly recommend them. Airport staff were great, and journey to hotel was without any issues. We were concerned about our pick up being during the night, but bus was on time. Being able to track the bus, albeit 10 mins before collection time was welcome. Thank you

Excellent company. Have used for years. Always my goto transfer provider. Coaches always clean and modern. Drivers friendly.

Have had to make amendments to bookings and always amended promptly and no charge.

Service is deteriorating where previously they were timely nowadays the wait in the airport is always 2 times as long.

De verdad si alguien le este comentario que no coja esta empresa son unos auténticos estafadores no te recogen encima se quedó en el dinero y llamas al teléfono y los operadores se ríen de ti increíble
