Very rude customer service! Phoned over 24 hours before our flight home to confirm our pick up time as our flight is during the night so wanted to be on the safe side. Was told from a very rude lady with an attitude I will only be given the time the day before, call back tomorrow then hung up on me! Will not be using them again.

As described with an overall excellent service. I booked online and made an error with dates and their customer service amended without any issues. Driver waiting at Alicante and again at resort with departure details emailed the day prior to travel. Recommended transfer firm and would use again.

Booked a private minibus transfer for a stag do - got put onto a shared coach. Felt awful for all the other couples and families on the bus - totally I appropriate. Had booked the private minibus as I knew the group would be a bit rowdy and didn’t want to ruin anyone else’s experience. Had to wait about an hour before we were even moving. Poor show.

Booked a transfer for my sister, whose flight landed in Alicante at 11.42pm. It is now 1am and she is still at the airport and has been told they're "waiting for a driver". To be left hanging around at the airport in the early hours of the morning is totally unacceptable. This used to be a reliable service, but has deteriorated greatly.

I travelled to Spain at the end of March 2025. I pre-booked a Beniconnect transfer from the airport to the resort and back. Upon arrival I had to wait over an hour for the transfer. I had to go and ask for the transfer time several times and was not kept informed. There were no chairs in the lobby and the staff were not helpful. The driver dropped me off at the agreed drop-off point. When I was leaving for the airport the pick-up point had changed to the other side of the restaurant where I had been dropped off. No one called me and when I enquired afterwards I received really rude service and was told that I had missed the transfer because I was not at the pick-up point. I was told that they tried to reach me by phone but I did not answer. The phone never rang. I am really disappointed and cannot recommend the service to anyone.

I have used Beniconnect many many times and I’m sorry to say the service has deteriorated.
Waited at Alicante airport sitting on the bus for an hour plus waiting for other flights to arrive.
The return journey took 90 minutes which is excessive and this was an express service.
I think if I visit Benidorm in the future I will try another transfer company.

Waited to be picked up at burger king in benidorm at 3.15am, a minibus arrived at 3.40am and refused to let us on, said we wasn't on the list, we showed him proof etc, he rang the office, they had our details but he still refused us onto the bus as we weren't on his list, had to get a taxi at a cost of €100, terrible service

We used these for the first time last week. Slightly apprehensive as we usually buy package holidays but it was so easy. Just go to the desk, they tell you where your bus is and you get an email regarding your return pickup which was spot on time. We used express shuttle and will definitely use again

Awful Experience! The driver was speeding and accelerating so much in roundabouts you had to hold onto your seat not to fall off to the aisle! Taking the speed bumps in 20km/h zones at more than double the speed, my neck is still aching. One lady said the beniconnect transfer was worse than the air turbulence on her flight and that is unfortunately so true!
We couldn't wait for the torture to end! Awful!

My return pick up point was nearly half a mile away ,with having a disablement walking that distance was not possible, they dropped me off near my hotel on arrival but said it was not possible on the pick up as they said the road was closed ?? The road was closed only fifty yards from my hotel so could have easily arranged to pick me up closer ?? But they refused obviously not wanting to change there routine !!very unconciderate !!
Also on arrival transfer they had staff and friends being dropped off during our transfer which made the journey longer !! Will not recommend them ,and especially if you have a disability,!!!

I was a passenger on a beniconnect coach. A disabled lady was not allowed to get onto the coach because her wheelchair was electric. The driver told her that it was Spanish law, not to allow electric wheelchairs on the coaches, but their own website says that it is ok. The lady was really upset and crying, as we were driving away leaving her stranded. Really poor

Es la segunda vez que viajo con ellos y sigo recomendando al 100% tube un problema con mi equipaje perdido tube que poner una reclamacion en el aeropuerto y no llegué a mi trasporte a tiempo las chicas del mostrador de Beniconenect me dijeron que solucione todo tranquila que ellas me solucionan lo de mi trasporte y así fue cuando baje tenia un traslado privado preparado para nosotras el conductor Paco Fuster súper amable nos ayudo con las maletas y con la poca movilidad de mi mamá agradecemos enormemente la amabilidad de este equipo tanto las chicas del mostrador como del chófer.

Ya al inicio de la reserva tras el pago no nos gustó no saber a qué hora tendríamos la recogida en el hotel, pero entendimos que tal como dicen, lo harían en base a nuestro horario de la salida del vuelo. Seguido sabemos que ni si quiera vienen a nuestro hotel, aunque fue otro cercano y si eso hubiese sido lo único..., pero además cuando supimos el horario de recogida que nos pusieron y llamamos, NO QUISIERON CAMBIAR alegando que eran días de mucha demanda (cuando en ese caso no entiendo por qué no amplían la flota o toman medidas que no sean a costa del sacrificio de los usuarios) y sin embargo nos dicen que como otros usuarios han hecho, sí es posible si pagamos más importe, un servicio "express", que sin detallar más no venía a resolver el que nos pusieran con 5 horas de antelación la recogida. Para más inri, nos recogen a la primera hora innecesariamente para nosotros y nos tienen 1 hora y media en Benidorm dando vueltas con el autobús recogiendo gente! 1 hora y media! Comprendíamos que haría alguna parada para coger más viajeros, obviamente, pero duró menos el trayecto al aeropuerto que el trajín dentro de Benidorm. Remarco la NO CULPA del conductor quien fue muy majo, amable, servicial y comprensible con nosotros y otros viajeros. No es culpa del conductor, pero sí de la mala gestión. O al menos a nuestro parecer, no nos ha gustado y parecido, más aún cuando de haberlo sabido de antemano no lo hubiésemos contratado y para cancelarlo sin coste alguno te requieren sea hasta 48h antes de la salida, cuando ellos ya se curan en salud con esto dándote la hora solo 24h antes de recogerte. Insisto, al margen del conductor, el resto de condiciones, atención poco flexible y gestión, no lo recomendaría ante otras opciones que se ajustan más sin tener que perder tanto tiempo y esperar a saber ya pasado el tiempo de cancelación gratis realmente el horario en el que te ponen, te guste o no.

A nuestra llegada tuvimos que esperar casi una hora para salir hacia Benidorm, pero lo entendimos.
A la salida nos citan casi 3 horas antes de la salida de nuestro tren, les consulto a ese mismo mail si podría ser un poco más tarde, ni se molestan en contestarme y para colmo, haciéndonos citado a las 8:50, a y 47 nos llaman diciendo que están esperando por nosotros y que a y 53 se marchan. Amabilidad y ganas de dar un buen servicio NULAS.
Cuando es el hotel quien gestiona... estupendo, pero si lo contratas como particular no eres nadie para ellos.

we arrived at the beniconnect stand at 9.15am and we are still sat on the bus at 11am waiting to go the driver said he is still waiting for some people. terrible service

Door vertraging van het vliegtuig moest ik 2 uur wachten op een bus. Een refund was niet mogelijk dus ik kon ook geen taxi nemen. Conclusie, Beniconect is goed als alles gaat zoals gepland maar vanaf er iets mis loopt sta je in de kou.

Used their transfers twice already, would probably use them again when in Spain. Everything was well planned and on time.

The only thing which could be improved is the fact that you don't know what time does your bus leave (when you land in the airport), thus you just have to stand and wait around. It could be 10 minutes but it could also be 1.5h and you woulnd't know.

Other than that, not much to add. Buses are comfortable, drivers are decent too.

Booked for a group of 10 so private transfer. Both drivers were so friendly and professional and both on time. First time we’d used them and I was a little concerned but will definitely use again and recommend to friends

NEVER book a transfer with these. Would use Welcome transfers instead. Came in on a later flight due to fatality in the motorway. Gave them 5 hours notice but just told me I would have to go to the desk and try and rebook when we landed. An absolute rip off joke of a company. Avoid at all costs.
