Terrible customer service. If you questions their returns process they actively ignore your emails. They only partially refunded me (didn't pay me postage costs and charged me a random £3 admin fee, cheeky) and when I questioned this under the UK Consumer Law Act, they ignored all my emails from that point onwards. Won't ever shop with them again, not surprised they have such diabolical reviews which they don't even acknowledge!

Returned a shirt 9 days ago, no acknowledgment from the but it was delivered as checked with Track & Trace. Why is the return system so bad/slow??? Just read all the other one * reviews & it’s the same problem over & over again. I’ve sent something back before but they weren’t so slow processing the refund. I could be spending the £89 somewhere else!!!

Appalling customer service.
Trying to get refund for a retuned item which the tracking says was received on 14th March I have sent two emails and had no response. I found a phone number after doing an internet search & rang it. Although the offices are supposed to be open the voice mail said they were closed & asked you to email them!
I would never use them again. - Are they actually still trading? Beware of using this company.

My questions were answered promptly, and my issue was resolved really quickly. I have loved Beaufort & Blake for a long time, but have even more respect for them now after sorting through a customer service issue.

AWFUL - do not buy from this company. I returned a jumper (£84) on 17 Feb. I have proof of purchase and it was delivered to their hub on 19 Feb. Still no refund. They said to allow 12 working days - well it’s been 21 working days and still nothing. I’ve chased and they either don’t respond or it takes a week and they say the same thing.

Truly excellent customer service and fantastic communication. Clothes are brilliant quality and really lovely. Wouldn't hesitate to shop with them again and again.

Returned 4 items as they were all really thin and poor quality with really odd sizing. I didn't hear from them and so had to follow up. They said it would take a few days for it to go from Royal Mail to them, however the next day I received an email with a refund of only one item. I have proof of postage to prove the weight of this. Emailed them again and they've said they received one item. My proof of postage clearly shows the weight to be much more than 1 flimsy shirt of thin and poor quality. Never shop here. I have requested resolver.com add them to their system, so future complaints can be formally logged as they have shown a disregard for consumer law from my experience and many other reviews on here. I will be escalating this further until I receive refund of all my returned items.

Totally unprofessional experience, the shop in York Road does not even have a telephone, bought some items on line delivered to the shop and returned one item, never given an e mail confirming the return for credit and 18 days at least later still no refund. Pathetic and the customer service never answer an e mail.

Totally incompetent I am afraid - ordered a L sent an XXL not once but twice!! Total hassle to deal with and have now bought elsewhere. Will not buy from again.

Slow refunds. As below customer has stated. When it says delivered on your postage receipt this apparently means to a “royal mail hub” closest to their warehouse, before being transferred to the warehouse. Mine arrived at the “hub”’on the 8th January, and I have still not heard from them… after it finally reaches the warehouse you have to wait 12 days for refund…. Shocking.

Shocking slow to action a refund.
Despite saying on the web site to allow 12 working days for a refund once received it is now 14 days and still nothing. I am now getting excuses that despite the tracking saying it has been delivered it goes to a hub so they haven’t actually received it.
Sort out your returns process B&B this is not acceptable.

Returned a jumper, tracking information clearly states delivered, chased the company only to be told that its been delivered to a local post office as they do not have the room to accept deliveries and i have to wait until the batch that my parcel is in is delivered to them, its been nearly 3 weeks now and even after chasing my emails are now being ignored, their email stated they are a small growing business, as a growing business you should be focusing on customer satisfaction.... really disappointing and still out of pocket

Quality products and truly excellent customer service.

The shirts are nice but beware! Trying to get a refund for returned items is a nightmare, they hold on to your money for ages. I'm still waiting for over £80 back. I have tracking as proof, they are not interested. Shocking Customer Service.
