Items were safely delivered. However, items were dispatched separately and it wasn’t clear how and when they were being sent, which meant a phone call was needed to clarify. Two separate delivery methods were used too, courier and PO special delivery.

Excellent service. I ordered the Morso Medium Gas Grill at the last opportunity before Christmas and it was delivered right on time. It was a present and I was worried that the packing may give the contents away. No problem, it hinted at something completely different and remained a surprise up to its final unveiling. It looks superb and I can't wait to try it. It is very light and can be carried easily so great if you wish to use it in different locations. I'm looking forward to cooking a pizza!
