Excellent customer service support
I made a stupid mistake with my returns parcel and Petra was very helpful sorting it out for me. Have always found Beaufort & Blake a very easy company to deal with and their products are of excellent quality.

Swift troubleshooting
I received a very swift reply about an item that I'd not yet received although Royal Mail tracking had reported that it had been sent. It had clearly got lost along the way but there was no hesitation on the part of Customer Services to replace the item. This meant I also felt very trusted and respected.

Petra at Beaufort & Blake was immediately on the case with the mail depot and confirmed that it had gone missing. I was astounded and delighted to receive a replacement top the next day. Wonderful personable service.

Oh I’m shocked!!
Oh I’m shocked!!! Such appalling customer service. In fact there is no customer service other than “Computer says No” my issue was at ordering point but their customer care lady was not at all customer caring !!!!
We’ve bought at least 6 items before but after my order on Sunday I would never buy from Beaufort and Blake again.

Refund process unexplained and credit nowhere to be found
There is no explanation of their refund options and when your choose to take credit. There's no evidence of your credit in your account, no email confirming it or explanation of when it will be available and how you can use it. Then, there is no phone number to contact to ask about this. In the meantime, the item I wanted to buy just went off the sale a few hours later. So not a great customer service experience.

Great service & clothing
Really impressed with my first purchase - packaged carefully, beautiful shirt and quick delivery. Wouldn’t hesitate to reorder in the future. Also on a side note, I hope they bring out more rugby shirt styles, and would be great to see some cropped shirts too.

Unbelievable & shocking experience..
What an unbelievably odd experience…my review has been removed because I mentioned that I’d had an email from customer service & mentioned the person by name; nothing derogatory just their name. Interesting to see that a positive review posted on 25th July 2025 mentions the said person in their review but it hasn’t been removed. Outrageous!!! The ‘two tier’ system has now crept into writing reviews, those complaining don’t have their say. Don’t invite reviews if you don’t like what you read.
Still no refund. Doubt I’ll get one after this.
Please note this IS NOT a newly formed company, contrary to what they would like you to believe. They’ve been trading for over 13 years…since 2012.

Suspect they may be a bit overwhelmed at the moment. Purchased two items for the first time and whilst quality was very good on one, okay for other the fit was slightly odd on both. Had to return both. This is where the issue was. They ask you to return tracked and you pay, that’s ok I guess , then when 2 weeks later still not refunded I contacted their customer services team was advised they don’t have their packages delivered to them but they store and collect from hub and as a small business can take some time to get through. Always sympathetic to small growing businesses however to take so long to process a return and when it eventually is they still take days to get it on your account - (unlike the buying process ). In addition they charge an admin fee on top…..
I raised with them (I would have expected them to refund postage and admin fee given length of time they took) - so far no response.
Real shame as I believed it would be a good brand. The reviews were great, now trending down. Classic of not being able to keep pace and sadly I suspect unless they review processes and capabilities they will struggle with negative feedback. They would also benefit from equipping their customer service point with greater authority to just make decisions.
Hopefully only a blip as they grow but it’s put me off.

Returned item but no refund. No response to emails. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered as 30% of customers give a 1 star, mostly due to poor customer service and lack of response
No contact number advertised to call.
Come on Beauford & Blake, treat your customers with some courtesy and reply.

Sleeves a bit too narrow.
I love B&B shirts but I would like a looser cut to the sleeve - the sleeves only roll up a couple of times and feel a bit restricted. Such a shame as the rest of the styling and shape is excellent.

Expensive prices for bad quality clothing!
I’ve been buying from Beaufort & Blake for some years now, but unfortunately I don’t think their prices reflect the quality of their garments!
I look after my clothes and yet again I’ve had a pair of shorts come away at the belt holder seem, and a linen shirt rip at the seam just by rolling the sleeves up, other shirts and jumpers the sleeves are ALWAYS too short and they don’t wash well. If I pay £70+ for a women’s linen shirt I expect it to last more than one summer! I have started telling others about this and I’m hearing more complaints from friends who buy here too. I wouldn’t bother as the quality is poor, sorry to say this as I love the styles and colours 🙁🤷♀️

Sizing was too small and had to return the item, not only didn't receive a full refund (they deducted shipping) but also had to pay a return fee!!!!
Appalling. Expected more from this brand. Will not buy again and do not recommend

Poor longevity
I was informed, after sending photos of the polo shirts i had bought, which had developed loads of holes that it was because i used bio washing powder…hmmm. Decade old polos in my wardrobe from a famous brand with a horse still look great. Like others on review sites,poor washablity an awful customer service seems to be a flaw. Enjoy

May catalogue states 15% off an order but when checking out the discount is denied as the order value was below £100. An almost invisible stipulation appears in the catalogue. That’s very devious.
