Their returns process so slow
Their returns process so slow. Royal Mail tracking shows that my item was received by them 2 weeks ago and I have not received a receipt of return email from the company or a refund. Do not order from this company.

Great quality in all aspects
Having been a regular customer at Beaufort & Blake for the past couple of years, I keep being impressed. From the quality and style of the garments, which not only look beautiful on first wear but they also wash and last incredibly well, to the helpfulness of their customer service team. Their clothing speaks to my personal taste and style, and the brand is fast becoming a true favourite.

AWFUL !
I’m still waiting for a refund from 18th December I’ve had one email back saying that the post office hasn’t delivered it yet the PO tracking service clearly states it has. Now my emails are beginning to ignored. So as it stands at the moment I’m nearly 200.00 out of pocket. Do not use this company unless you can afford to lose money.

Shirts are lovely, returns and service could improve
The shirts and coats are really lovely, in beautiful styles and colours, not found anywhere else. Some of the shirt material is very fine, and wrinkles upon washing, but irons fine. The size guide would lead you to believe the XL is about 7cm larger than the L, they are in fact almost identical at 120cm chest and hip. The returns process is confusing, complicated by the option to request a re order, which does not help, it just delays things. I was promised in the Returns Policy on 29/12 a free return label from the Portal. This never arrived. I sent multiple emails requesting the label, they blamed my email address for the problem. I requested the warehouse return address which does not appear on the delivery note. When they failed to ever deliver a label, they finally provided me the Leeds warehouse address on 9/1 and offered to reimburse the postage. I used signed for service which was £5.50. I returned the shirts on 9/1 to Leeds Warehouse. I emailed a photo of the proof. Postage was refunded immediately on 9/1. The shirts were proven received in Leeds 10/1. My £79 was finally returned on 22/1, 24 days after I used the portal. The website does not tell you the phone lines are closed. The email you get asking you to pay for a reorder quotes the number to ring, but it is always closed for training. I love the products, and this company should improve their size charts and returns process. It would make a big difference.

I own and love a Beaufort brushed cotton shirt bought 2/3 yrs ago. Label says made in Portugal; fabric still great after many washes and weightier, more substantial than the newer version. New one made in China, fabric not as good, flimsier after washing.
Similar sort of price for lesser product. A pity.

I returned two items worth £150 first…
I returned two items worth £150 first week on Dec. I have not received a refund. I have emailed several times to complain. They say there is a backlog. Each time is the same reason given. I tried to call them and each time the message says they are having staff training. I recommend not to buy from this company. I will never buy from them again. They are not addressing my issue and instead I get an automated response. I do not feel they have any intention of reimbursing me for the returned items. Terrible after sales service and I am left out of pocket.

Amazing customer service and quality
I accidentally ordered the wrong item. The customer service manager (Petra) was simply amazing: kind, incredibly quick to respond, nothing was a hassle and the issue was resolved quickly. Beaufort and Blake’s clothing is already amazing quality, but their customer service is simply outstanding and better than anything I’ve experienced at any other brand and has definitely made me a long term customer.

My first order with this company
My first order with this company for items to be shipped to France. As usual La Poste were useless and my order did not arrive.I contacted customer services and a new order was instantly despatched to me which I received via DHL the following day. In addition the items I ordered were a perfect fit and wonderful quality. My first order but certainly the first of many. It is this level of quality and customer service that I miss in France.

No contact phone number and email replies very slow
The fact there is no phone number and only an email for customer services is very irritating.
Poor customer service as still waiting for even confirmation that they received my email of yesterday.
Managing to put a “pop up store” in place but not able/willing to communicate with online customers!!

where is my return...
where is my return...? I returned an item which was delivered back to B&B over two weeks ago according to tracking. No confirmation from B&B and no refund or update. Tried calling three times, each time the phone line plays a recorded message saying staff training. Let's hope they are training them how to process returned items within the same calendar year eh!?
