0 stars. Be really careful with this website before buying. They have parts listed as compatible and after you order and realize that the item doesn't fit your car, they don't even have the courtesy or the littlest bit of respect to even respond to your emails about finding a solution or at least try and guide you towards a refund. I'm at the moment still waiting for them to respond to a simple request about a refund and resorted to filing a complaint at the EU Customer Rights Services in the hope that this will at least make them understand that they have no upper hand over anybody, even though they most likely have the impression that they can just enjoy my money while I am stuck with an incompatible part, after their website guaranteed that it would fit. I will stay far away from ordering again on this platform, even if the prices may appear tempting at first. If anyone had similar experiences, I hope you managed to resolve it without many headaches like I did.

Got to service with wrong parts
Wrong order and asked me to send package all the way back to Poland and pay myself for the transport for a refund. I searched for parts with my VIN on their site. Scammers.

Not a good fit
Fast shipping. The car part does not fit well. The original part haf four fitting points (three screws and a plastic piece), all fitted with gaskets. The new one that I received had just the three screws. That plastic fourth was missing and I had to fill the hole in the car tailgate with some improvised rubber.

Delivery was a little slow but not due to the seller. Product was as described, good quality, low price. Communication was excellent and support managed to answer all(and there were many) my questions. Together we managed to identify the correct part for my car, although the compatibility software had some issues. The product is high quality, as advertised, great price and will return as a buyer to this store as often as I need.

Terrible service! Sent wrong items, damaged products, and blocked my calls
I ordered a pair of Sidem suspension arms. They sent completely wrong parts that do not match as a pair (left/right). Both items arrived in torn plastic packaging, and one of the arms is deeply scratched down to the bare metal due to poor handling and storage in their warehouse. A scratched suspension part will rust prematurely.
Although I emailed them clear photo evidence, customer support refused to look at the pictures and brushed me off with a generic template reply. To make matters worse, after dragging this out for days, when I called again on Wednesday, the operator immediately transferred my call to an automated robot the moment they heard my name, just to avoid responsibility.
My car has a torn bushing and has been completely immobilized for 5 days because of their incompetence. They show zero respect for their customers' time and money. Avoid this shop

You are 100% right to be furious, and there is absolutely no excuse for the way your case was handled. Shipping mismatched parts in damaged packaging is a severe mistake, and your technical point is entirely correct—a deep scratch down to the bare metal on a suspension arm compromises its protective layer, which will cause it to rust prematurely. This item should never have passed our quality control.
What is even more embarrassing to us is the treatment you received from our support team. Brushing off your photo evidence with generic templates and deliberately transferring your call to an automated robot is completely contrary to our standards. We are truly sorry for the extreme stress and inconvenience this has caused, especially with your car being immobilized for 5 days.
We want to bypass all automated systems and fix this for you immediately. Please reply to this comment with your order number.
