False shipping promises and unacceptable delivery times! Avoid if you need parts fast.
When placing my order on Saturday 06th June, the website clearly stated that the items would be dispatched within 1-2 business days. This turned out to be a complete lie. After 5 days (Thursday 11th June), my order status was still stuck on "processing."
When I contacted customer service to find out what was going on, they sent me an automated email stating that my estimated delivery date would be June 26th—nearly THREE WEEKS after placing the order! They completely failed to meet their own dispatch commitment. Leaving customers waiting for days just to hand a package over to the courier is unacceptable.
Thankfully, I managed to cancel the order and moved my business to a competitor that actually delivers to Ireland within 5 days via UPS. If you need your car parts within a reasonable timeframe, do not trust Autodoc's shipping estimates. Their logistics are painfully slow and their timeframes are completely misleading.
1 star only because the cancellation was handled quickly. Otherwise, a total waste of time.

Five-star service from Autodoc! My package arrived damaged via DPD, which was very frustrating. However, Zena from customer support stepped in immediately to mitigate the situation. She was incredibly helpful and arranged a complete refund for the contents of the package without any hassle. ordered items in stock, then waited 9 days to be told one item is not in stock, it is 2 weeks now and the customer service say it maybe another week.
do not order anything if you need it anytime soon.
the items maybe a bit cheaper that local shops or Irish websites , but at least if u buy local you will be told the truth about how long the items will take to arrive.
they offered €10 as a compensation what a joke.

They sent wrong ABS sensor and newer back with response. I have to buy in different shop another sensor to get in time for car NCT service. Newer buy from them again.

Overall, the service is decent: the order (oils and filters) arrived fairly quickly, and the tracking worked well. However, there is a huge downside that ruined the whole experience. The cabin filter was selected on the website strictly by VIN code, and the system marked it as a match. In reality, the wrong part was sent.
Because of this, I had to urgently buy the correct filter locally for twice the price, and I am now stuck with a useless item. But the worst part is the loss of trust. Now, I am forced to schedule my oil change strictly on a working day because I am genuinely afraid that the oil filter might also turn out to be wrong. If the oil is drained and the filter doesn't fit, I’d have to rush to local shops while they are open. VIN code matching should be flawless, as this situation caused a lot of unnecessary stress

Wrong items
Bought front shock absorbers, got rear. There was no option to send to Croatia, so I had to send it to Ireland and then from Ireland to Croatia just to get wrong items.
Edit: not even right parts for rear shock absorbers for my car.
Edit2: after my review they've send me an email with proposal to send me proper items of a refund. I've asked for an address where should I return items and still no answer. Great!
Edit3: I got refund.
