Trodo parts to Australia.
This is my review for the first order from Trodo. My second order is almost here too. I’ve bought automotive parts online from every continent. Buying the right parts from Trodo is fast, easy and frankly, the best online auto parts buying experience I have had. Trodo is now my go-to for auto parts. Even with postage to Australia , I paid half what I would pay here. And I selected OEM premium brands.

Repackaged damaged part…
The parts were sent was repackaged and the oil filter was damaged and was sent to me without to property inspected, when I Iive chat, it says to send back then new one will be shipp. I already drain the oil ready for service, how is it possible? Very disappointed 😞

dealing with orders
The offer is good, and the prices are affordable 5 stars, delivering itself is fast, but vehicle compatibility check and dispatching take long time, if I in some point mistaking about something it's irreparable. For example when I'm looking for certain part along with a price is dispatching date (usually the next day), and when I pay the part it changes to 5-7 days longer, for me, it's a bit of a problem because sometimes the time is the most important factor, the same is with cancelling orders and money refund. Maybe you could be a little more tolerant for mistaken orders and have an emergency section to deal with that before put thru the system, also a helper app is rudiment, not help in anything. On the other hands i receive the pleasant surprise for some parts wrongly send, it's fairly replaced without any fee, and fast too. My advice to all users - I recommend but be careful with orders. All in all 4 stars
